The Volleyball Hall of Fame was established In 1978 as a nonprofit corporation for the purpose of planning, promoting, establishing and maintaining a living memorial to the International sport of volleyball.
The Volleyball Hall of Fame in Holyoke, Massachusetts – the birthplace of Volleyball is a not-for-profit institution dedicated to honoring those who have made outstanding contributions to this international sport and to fostering the appreciation of the historical development of the game by collecting, preserving, exhibiting and interpreting its collections for a global audience.
