My experience at Home Depot today was very refreshing while our sales person and cashier Gordon was so polite and helpful in ringing our merchandise up and getting a young man Ryan who lifted 15 heavy bags of mulch into my vehicle all with a smile on his face. Ryan was offered a cash tip for his hard work and he flatly refused it and thanked us and said that he enjoyed his job and no need for a tip. I just want the both of these employees to get recognition for a job well done. Thanks Gordon and Ryan keep up that great work attitude. Gary and Michelle
They often have no check out lanes open. Also, every experience I've had at Home Depot lately has been a huge disappointment. And the prices are not comparable to reason. Was shopping for Milwaukee batteries and attachments to update a few items on my tool bench and found prices 50% lower online at other retailers. I feel like every time I go to Home Depot these days, I leave disappointed and frustrated. I literally told my family to stop buying me HD gift cards. Big disappoint.
Through no fault of the store employees, we had two failed attempts to deliver a new LG refrigerator. The process for getting a refund was easy except for a glitch with the icemaker refund. Customer service rep EMLxxx checked every few days and called me when that refund went through. I wish the other major competitors had this kind of customer service. Kuddo Home Depot. W.M.
I am not familiar with this store and normally do not need to go. I walked the aisles endlessly searching for someone who could help me. I kept getting pointed which way to go or told to wait and someone would come and they never did. I gave this Home Depot a 3 star review because after waiting so long a very kind older gentleman named Tobby came and assisted me in my search for an air purifier.
Everyone is so nice super helpful Roger has helped me with plumbing, paint and rekeyed my new locks! Debbie Bailey goes above and beyond to help with my flooring and tile choices.
Had a good time on buying my kitchen appliances $2200.but the next two times was really bad service an mostly vet dealing they make you jump through hoops and then youay get the discount dealing.theydon't stand by vet
Probably the most helpful customer service Home Depot we’ve ever been in. JC, who showed us our new grill, and Jasmine and Kelly at checkout were extremely helpful. We didn’t realize that HD had implemented the military discount like the other unnamed big box store. Thank HD-WM for your kindness and helping spirit. You all are most appreciated!
Great store and associates, but could do without being hassled by someone walking around wanting personal information and to ask about water usage. I know they are just trying to do their job and are told to ask customers about taking a water survey, but when I nicely decline twice and then I'm continually pressed about it, it makes me want to not shop there anymore. I literally cringe when I see them coming with a clipboard.
I just wanted say Thank you to " Dez " from Home Depot, he's AWESOME!!! Very nice, very professional, helped us with cutting our wall panal and furing strip. They fit perfectly in our closet. Made it so easy to install!!! Thank you Dez!!!
While we do appreciate the convenience of this location being on 192, they seem to be out of stock of items more frequently than other locations, which can be frustrating. Otherwise, no issues with this store.
