I bought a mattress set from the owner and got a good price. The mattress had a factory defect that had a grey area for coverage. The owner went to bat and got me satisfaction rather than to make up a story that he could not do anything. It is people like him that we are all looking for. He cares about people; me the customer. I highly recommend this place to buy with trust and confidence that the truth will prevail. I sincerely am appreciative with my replacement mattress!
The owner is dishonest. We bought a mattress from him, and in the contract, it says that he'd dispose our old mattress for free. However, when he delivered, he went back on his word and told us to dispose of it ourselves. He said it would cost him $60 to dispose of it. He also said he didn't have room to take our old mattress in his truck; this is a lie, because if he had room to bring the new mattress in his truck, he had room to take our old mattress. I am disappointed by his deceitfulness.
