Excellent panel cutting service. I showed up here after visiting 3 Home Depot stores that had non functional panel saw. And this Lowe's was a life saver. Nazer the guy in the cutting center knows his stuff! Excellent job.
Ordered Pella Windows in November 2022, was told 8 weeks max for install. After many calls finally had them Installed in late March 2023, more materials had to be ordered to complete install because Lowes employee didn’t order correct material, waited another 3 weeks to complete job. The main window latch was defective and didn’t close properly. I was told by Installer, Lowes would take care of it. It’s July, I’ve called Lowe’s multiple times for an update, asked to speak to a Manager, left my call back number. Never received a call from Lowe’s or Installer. I called Pella directly they apologized and confirmed they never received a request from Lowe’s or Installer. Lowes just lost a Good Customer. I spent over $10k for windows. I will spend the rest of my future time and money on a company with better customer service. Home Depot is closer to me, never had these issues with HD.
The overall atmosphere at Lowe's was warm and inviting. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to lend a helping hand. It was evident that customer satisfaction was a top priority for them. The store was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the ease of finding what I needed.. One of the standout features of Lowe's is their exceptional convenience when it comes to purchasing heavy items like mulch, garden soil, and other bulk products. At Lowe's, you have the option to pay inside the store and then have your purchases loaded directly into your car. This service made my shopping experience incredibly hassle-free and saved me valuable time. I also appreciate businesses that show support and offer discounts to the military families, and Lowe's definitely hits the mark on this front. Their military-friendly policies made my family feel valued and appreciated as a customer.
Had an old white male employee tell me he couldn’t help me because it wasn’t his job…….read another review claiming a male employee said the same thing. If he couldn’t help me, the least he could do is offer to help find someone. Another lovely worker named Emily, took the time to get a folding table down for me from the very top shelf of the bay. She deserves a commendation for great customer service! The one star is for every male employee I asked who wouldn’t help. FIVE STARS for Emily
2/10/23 - Thankfully, I was able to resolve this issue with management. 12/15/22 - I am a General Contractor and have made numerous purchases over the past years for my job sites from Lowe's and this will be my last purchase as I am extremely disappointed in their level of customer service, especially when I have a Pro account with them. Today hit the nail with Lowe's. I wanted to return a few boxes of unused/unopened boxes of hardwood floor material and even after escalating this to the store manager, they still refused to take it back even though I said that I would accept store credit and restocking fee! Employees are downright rude as well. I am never stepping into another Lowe's store again as I have never experienced such an issue with their competitor, Home Depot. At least, Home Depot honors their returns 365-days and their employees are very respectful. Too bad Lowe's keeps losing business with its customers.
A much better experience than at the Orange store which is much closer to where I live. Store attendant made it very easy to check out a highly placed item, which would be picked up later during the day vehicle too small for item. Lines were short, helpful staff at all stations. Wishing this store was closer to our home.
Had a online pickup. Great arrangement and fast service. One window is dedicated to online pickup, unlike Home Depot where pickups share the same line with returns. It’s much more convenient at Lowe’s.
TLDR: Just go to Home Depot. Horrible customer service. I talked to two employees with vests on, trying to find some 1/4-20s. One saw and heard me, but completely ignored me and walked away as fast as he could without saying anything. The other just had no idea about hardware whatsoever even though she’s supposed to be working in that section. You guys gotta do better
I called this store 4 times and their phone tree hangs up every time. Do not attempt to call this location as you will only experience frustration and never speak to anyone. Corporate management needs to address this immediately, unbelievable. ***update*** I attempted to call the corporate customer service to get assistance this location could not provide and I was on the phone for over 25 minutes before they could even get someone on the line from this location, WOW! I have been in the customer service industry for over 30 years and for a company like Lowes where customer service is the most important product they have to sell, they have fallen way short of the most basic customer service.
We bought a dishwasher from them that is a dud. It often fills the house with a burning plastic that is so bad we have to leave, and they won't repair it or replace it. They sent us to their repair line which was the worst customer service, taking forever to get an appointment, and they sent a 1 star scam repair company, after more than a week without us having a washer, and the company didn't do anything. It wasn't smoking when they tested it. And they didn't even go looking for where the melting or burning was. When we complained they said they would charge us to come out. Lowes, get your act together, service your own customers, and stop using scam 1 star repair people. And fix or replace our dishwasher Update: We had 6 more repairs organized, 4 were no-shows. One came and said "well, if it is working, you should just ignore the smoke. Run some vinegar through it". So we did, the house filled with smoke a few more times, and then the machine burned out and now doesnt even turn on. After calling them multiple times since then, we have had more no shows. The comment below from them to call them again to have it fixed was so useless. We have called that number multiple times. We have had to re-tell the story, laboriously, every single time. They booked a repair company that doesn't repair Bosch washers. Whatever you do, do not buy from Lowes.
