Shopping at HomeGoods is akin to therapy for me. The store is brimming with exceptionally beautiful home decor. It maintains a high level of cleanliness, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the fellow customers are also welcoming. HomeGoods offers quality items for every room in your house.
If you want to save money don't shop here.... especially now during Halloween season!!! Omg they have the most gorgeous dark, beautiful items !!! I couldn't resist....
I Hadn't been to this store for several years. What a wonderful surprise. The staff was so helpful and the store was so clean. The shelves were so organized. Customers please do your part when looking and help the staff.
I’ve shopped this location a number of times and the service is always friendly! There are deals if you hunt and it’s always fun to just wander and take inspiration from the different things you can find.
This cashier is horrible she made me wait just to return a 7$ item she answered the the phone and then help a vendor me staring at her waiting what the hick rude! Customer Service sucks

Love this place! Luckily I don't own my own place because I'd be here everyday. Anyways, great to buy meal prep glass containers. I got 3 rectangular ones for $7.99 which is super cheap.
Ive only been here a couple of times. Never found something for my self that i really like but found stuff for others.. Its a nice place, great atmosphere, lots of items to look at.
Hmm I've always liked shopping here until my last visit. I was returning an item I bought at another Home Goods store. I was treated like I was trying to swindle them. The item was damaged which I didn't realize when I picked it up because I was excited to find it before the holiday. I was trying to get in and out quickly. I had to unknowingly wait for a manager. The cashier never explained why. Then when the mgr. arrived I explained that's why I was returning the item. They wouldn't accept it. Very disappointed in this store. I was insulted and belittled. I have been a customer of this chain of stores for many many years and have never experienced this staff attitude before.
Wow never in my life been to a homegoods cashier was racist and store manager tina think her name is they are rude to black people all I ask for some help get look down didnt expect cashier who was white old lady told to go look myself I said it was hard to see ... this very poor customer service
