I would like to thank you for your detail inspection 9 January 2023. I understood everything in the report thanks to you visually pointing these things out after your inspection. I greatly appreciated knowing exactly what is wrong and how to identify the problems and solutions. The house was advertised with double pane windows, and it was professionally renovated, but Scott's attention to detail proved the windows were single pane and the kitchen cabinet handles were not even, bathroom faucets  installed incorrectly and numerous other unprofessional renovations. I would highly recommend you to others because of your professional and dedication to your job and your clients. Job well done Scott!  On 6 March 2023 Scott conducted my second home inspection and he prevented my from purchasing a house with asbestos. It was extremely hard for me to believe you can sell a house in Nevada with asbestos. His education on asbestos houses was very informative. Scott's knowledge and dedication for his client's health and future asbestos concerns led me from older houses and taught me how determine which houses would have potential asbestos problems. I will always be grateful for his knowledge and dedication. Again, job well done Scott!  On 30 March 2023 Scott inspected my "Forever Home."  The home was a gigantic improvement from the previous inspections. The major problem was the A/C. Scott performed two inspections on the A/C because the homeowners would not do their job. I guess the homeowners finally got tired of Scott's rejecting their repairs and had an completed inspection of the A/C. When Scott was happy I was happy.  This was the sixth house I have purchased and Scott was the best inspector I have ever dealt with. When he was needed at the last minute he made time and I definitely appreciated his prompt response. His prices were very reasonable and because I was a reoccurring client he gave me a discount on my "Forever Home" and the re inspections were free. I will always be grateful Scott and if you want to know the truth about your home please consider Scott because he will take care of you and your future investment.

Scott was available promptly when we needed a home inspection done. Contacted him and a day later he was out inspecting the property. Did a thorough walk through and pointed out all the things we should know about. We were able to take that to the seller and got a little kick back, so that’s always great! Scott was on time, professional, and would definitely go through him again. Highly recommend!

Scott with Home Shield Inspections was able to do our inspection the day after calling. He was great and thorough with our inspection report and got it back to us within a day or two. We will definitely be using and referring their company in the future. Very professional and detailed. Thank you.
