Communication from start to finish from purchase, delivery date and on delivery date was great. They verified multiple times address, date and delivery window times. On delivery date notified they were on the way, and name of delivery person. They also messaged once arrived and after they left. Delivery crew and Ismael were very cheerful, professional, careful with set up and fast. We are extremely satisfied with the whole process and product. Will definitely purchase from Home Zone Hudson Oaks again.

This was my first experience to shop with Home Zone. My salesman Doc HomeZone in Hudson Oaks, TX was amazing. His knowledge of various furniture and his approach to my specific needs helped me to decide which pieces were right for me and for my home. My furniture was delivered within 3 days with one of those days being a holiday. I was highly pleased with the two gentlemen who delivered and set up my living room and dining room set... They handled my pieces as if they were their own. I must say I'm more pleased with the entire process of my purchase and delivery than I anticipated.

We were greeted at the door by one of the kindest people ever, Cody! I love that we were free to explore the store and not pressured into purchasing anything! We loved the ambiance of the store and the beautiful touches that made the atmosphere feel very welcoming. We love the furniture pieces that we picked and the awesome deals that came along with it! Cody is the best representative to have! He made our experience a very pleasant one! He truly took his time with us ensuring that we received the best deals for our furniture!

Our experience at Home Zone was really good. We were met at the door and the sales lady answered our questions then left us to wonder around. When we decided she responded quickly. The delivery was scheduled and completely on time. All went very well. Would definitely shop there again.

I love this place! Staff is super friendly! I can always find what I am looking for. Amazing financing if needed. They delivered the couch a few days later. The delivery guys were awesome as well. They had both couches in my house in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommended this place!!

Great showroom- Aisa was great to work with and was very informative on all of their offers and incentives up front without the pushy sales mentality. This was our first purchase with homezone and based on the experience would definitely return.

Our salesman, Cody Glover, made our experience 10/10. He was incredible and we highly recommend asking for him when you go. He had answers and opinions and was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The store is very nice with tons of options, too.
