This is one of the cleanest, most well kept hotels I have ever been in! I have stayed in many hotels last 3 years and this one I have found the most impressive! It was so clean I went to the front desk and asked if this was a brand new hotel and they said no it's 5 years old! Big TVs in the room, extremely well kept and clean. I am very very impressed. I have stayed at the Sheraton in New York City times square and it was pale in comparison. Thank you for making my visit here so good.
Had a miserable stay at this location lasted three nights and literally could not bare to stay longer. We arrived with the intention of staying for several weeks during a relocation. Our plan was to relax in quiet clean environment during our transition, We had no intention of moving to a different hotel during this sensitive time. The lady running the front desk during the morning’s was extremely rude and unpleasant she raised her voice at me on several occasions even when I asked for a spare room key. Not something you would expect from a hotel front desk let alone a Hilton. I did raise my concern in front of another associate and received a response that many people have had similar concerns regarding this issue. The situation was unbearable after the third night with three young children and many personal belongings we checked out and moved into to a different hotel close by. Very unfortunate that the rude front desk management made us feel so unwelcome! It took us a whole day to move but we did not want to stay in a hotel that treats its guests so poorly. We payed full price per night with no special discount for extended stay even higher than the price that was presented online. I have stayed in many hotels in my life some much nicer and some less, never in my life did I experience anything like this simply rude and unwelcoming. What I did like about hotel was the size of the rooms we stayed in. the double queen bed room has a good size for the family plenty of towels and good size bath, the kitchenette was nice with a nice microwave and refrigerator. the appliances were pretty dirty when we arrived this was common in the two rooms we had during our stay, there was with left over foods on forks and bowls but since the room is equipped with a dishwasher I didn’t make a fuss about it. The breakfast selection is horrible, but I don’t really fuss about traditional breakfast. I’m sorry the front desk did not offer kinder customer service this would of changed our stay and the duration of the stay dramatically.
The parking is awful. We arrived mid-evening, and there wasn’t a spot anywhere. We went inside and were told to try parking out on the side of the road. Many had to do this. I don’t understand a hotel without enough parking. This was a Monday night, so nothing crazy. That was incredibly frustrating, and we worried about the car overnight. The breakfast was just okay. The rooms were clean and spacious.
Decent Hilton hotel brand for the area, spacious rooms and nice free breakfast but check the times they may shut breakfast down earlier than you might expect. They’ve scaled back on room cleaning but if you call front desk they may be able to accommodate. Parking can be frustrating here as it’s fills up quickly. it’s next to a shopping center, but only park in the space adjacent to the hotel or along the street. Parking in the empty shopping center might get you towed so be careful. Other than that highly recommended
I travel about 120 days per year and... sorry Hilton, but this hotel is not up to your usual standards. The room I was quoted on the phone is different less than what I was quoted when I arrived - and was again different than what was actually charged. I was required to give a $50 deposit in case I used anything from the mini-bar which was empty. It takes 1-2 business days to return the money. That gives me a follow-up task to track. To get the "free" wifi, I had to fill out a long form with the same information they received when I booked the room. There was a coffee machine in the room with 1 cup of coffee, but no cups to drink out of. Coffee and tea come out of the same machine. The bathroom door is a sliding frosted glass door, doesn't lock, and is relatively see-through. I prefer to not be seen while using the bathroom. The walls are thin. We could hear our neighbours sneeze - and they could surely hear us watch television. We asked for a quiet room. Outside of our room is a giant fan blowing noise all night long.
Great hotel!! front desk and cleaning staff were phenomenal with our needs/request. Rooms were beautiful and clean. We used the nice patio and the pool. Overall everything was great on our stay at Home2 Suite!!
This chain is our go-to hotel choice. Clean, quality accommodations and amenities at a fair price, and virtually identical everywhere we stay. Breakfast could be improved considerably, but I'm not complaining, because it's included in the price.Rooms: 5/5
Nice clean big rooms...was very affordable and not to far from I25...which was convenient for us so we could get to our destination fast! They also had a full size refrigerator microwave and dishwasher with all the amenities as well! We have found our new favorite place to stay! Thanks Home2 Suites!Rooms: 5/5
I booked a week long stay, assuming that this hotel, like other Home2Suites, using a fragrance free eco friendly detergent in their bedding... when I asked the front desk as a precaution I was shocked to hear they use Tide AND Downy fabric softener. That stuff is worst for you than second hand smoke and contains chemicals banned in Europe. Again, I was shocked to hear this as other Home2suites have wisened up and switched to Ecolabs, which is fragrance free and contain much healthier chemicals. Tide is literally poison and makes me feel hungover after sleeping in a bed with it. Please, please switch to Ecolab detergent for bedding and ditch the fabric softener, it's puts a chemical coating of poison on the bedding that is unnecessary! Please do your research, there are so many chemically sensitive people out there who cannot tolerate toxic detergents such as Tide let alone fabric softener. There's zero need for it its just poison. Google it. I canceled a week long stay here and migrated to the Hilton Garden Inn which is Eco friendly and doesn't poison it's guests with Tide and Downy. Makes me nauseas just thinking about it.
Home2s are one of the best hotel setups for traveling families, this one was no exception. The 2 queen beds + pull out couch means enough room for 6, and you actually have enough room to spread out. Tons of storage space for clothes and bags, a kitchenette with full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster no hot plate or stove - you could bring one, maybe they have one to borrow? Perfectly clean room + bathroom, good water pressure & temperature in the shower, tons of space to spread out. Beds are def on the firm side, which didn't bother me, but my husband didn't love it as much. The breakfast staff were working diligently to replace food as quickly as they could during a Sunday morning rush, so it was a little thin on a few items at times, but a little patience did the trick. Waffles, breakfast sandwiches to heat up yourself, pre-made omelettes, cereals, yogurts, juice and coffee. If you're towing a trailer or have an oversized vehicle/RV, you'll need to park on the street in front of the hotel, which ended up being totally fine.
