24/7 fitness, CrossFit, group classes and personal training as well as in-home training throughout Washington, MO and the surrounding communities. I currently hold a Bachelor's of Exercise Science and Nutrition from the University of Central Missouri, ACSM personal trainer certificat, ACE personal trainer, and CrossFit Level 1. Fitness has always been my passion and now I get to do what I love every day. All experience levels are welcome. We will ensure that you achieve your goals!
