I was staging a home to sell and had to travel to 4 different HomeGoods in 2 days. My 4th stop was HomeGoods Glenbrook in Hendersonville TN. I really don't usually go there but I am glad I did. Wow! What a well organized store. I probably wouldn't have noticed but going to three other HomeGoods store in two days showed me how a store could look. Even the ladies bathroom was immaculate! That never happens! I asked an employee if I could talk to the manager and come to find out she was the asst. Manager. Her name was Lisa and I expressed my happiness!! Kudos Lisa, I will definitely come to your store more often. 2 days you could really see the difference
Always love to see what this place has to offer. It’s like a treasure hunt. Store managers do a decent job of keeping this place well run. Stock seems to rotate often.
0 STARS bought a set sheets that wereI opened put in wash didn’t notice the sheets has slits on each side maybe weren’t sewn together. Had the receipt & put them in bag they said no you’ve washed them we can’t take them back because WE CANT RESALE THEM SINCE YOU WASHED THEM! DUH YOU CANT RESALE THEM ANYWAY THEY'RE DEFECTIVE! Didn’t have them in packaging, had RECEIPT WITHIN THE THIRTY DAY ALLOWANCE! THEY ACTUALLY STOOD THERE AND SAID MAY HAVE BOUGHT THEM AT A GARAGE SALE OR SOMETHING, PROMISE THATS WHAT THE MANAGER AND LADY SAID! Why would any company do this? They just lost thousands of $$ I would spent in their store over them accusing me of being a liar! It’s the PRINCIPLE Not the 50.00! My family won’t go back and I will tell everyone how they conduct business! THIS IS JUST WRONG, THEY WERE BRAND NEW OUT OF PACKAGE AND EVEN WENT HOME GOT THE PACKAGING AND TOOK IT BACK TO SHOW THEM THEY WERE BOUGHT THERE! Oh they also said you should take it out of the package before buying to make sure it’s ok so everyone make sure you open all packages before buying to see if they are defective can you even believe they said you were suppose to do with! What’s wrong with this company?
This store always has great items that anyone can use! If you buy something on clearance then it's a score!!
They have stuff and sometimes they have a good selection of gnomes, but the staff seems depressed and unmotivated. They have no desire to help or even seem to care that there are customers in the store.
This HomeGoods had so much to browse through and I was pleasantly surprised!! The lady who checked me out was very friendly, which I'll have to say is a little rare these days. I can't wait to stop in when I'm in the area again!
This place smells like a wet basement! They have a water leak or some rotten merchandise. That weird smell in the air… that is mold.
I know it's hard to keep up when staff are hard to find... Tossing some grace into this. The store was a HOT mess. Stuff just thrown on shelves. Kitchen stuff in the middle of bath stuff. All the display furniture was super flimsy not sure if it was poorly put together or just junk. This is one of my favorite stores. This most recent experience was seriously lacking.

The store is lovely but when I was purchasing my items the lady at the cash register asked me if I was a record’s member . I said no, we have a tjmaxx where I live. The man behind her he had a arm in a sling not doing anything he said I’m sorry. I said sorry for what? He said we are so much better the tjmaxx. I said you have some of the same things here I have seen in my store. He would not stop arguing about how much home goods is better then tjmaxx. This was my first time to this store and I would not recommend anyone going there and being treated like that man treated me.
