This is one of my top three HomeSense stores to attend. This store is not big yet has so many things to choose from; the management is clearly working hard to get everything organized in this store of fit as many things as it does. Great selection of furniture and home decor.

Selection is great but stock level can be an issue. We often go to the store when they open first thing in the morning to overcome this. Recently bought a tall faux plant, Kate Spade sheets, rug runner, and some framed pictures. All great purchases for the household.

I bought chairs to go with my bistro table a few weeks ago. The staff here was attentively to my needs, knowledgeable and helpful. I was helped from getting the chairs to the checkout in a timely manner, checked out and items were safely wrapped up to go in my car. I was very impressed with all staff involved in helping me. They are obviously well trained and care about their jobs.

Only came here because I was given gift cards. I had never been. Though I liked the store, cashout was a horrible experience. I was next in line, walked up to an open cashier and was told she was helping someone on the phone, so I started walking back to the front of the line and another became opened. The cashier told me I needed to line up and I said that I was next in line and she said fine, rolled her eyes and muttered "Jesus Christ" in front of my 3 year old and refused to give me her name. Completely rude and unprofessional. The other cashier just stared. I will never go back.

New renovated location. Expended by almost twice. Good selection but Woodbridge location has much more interesting things. Please bring everything not left overs. Got excellent price on summer items.

I enjoyed looking around. Lots of great items to be had. I left with wine glasses, a candle and treats for my dogs. I'm happy, they are also very happy with my purchases. This store has a bit of everything.

Great location, lots of unique items and great for home essentials. The store is extremely well kept and it's no suprise as the staff stay busy keeping the store tidy and helping customers. :

Just bought a home and went to buy some nice decor and towels for one of my main washrooms. Really liked what home sense had to offer, I always thought their prices were overpriced. But when I went because I had gift cards, I was very proud of my purchases and got a lot of items for a good price! They did have a variety of good quality items too! I will definitely be coming back to home sense when I start redecorating the rest of the house!

My wife loves this place. We go often. Has something for everyone. As a tag along I always seem to find something to look at

I recently visited the Newmarket Homesense location with high hopes of finding some quality home essentials, but my experience at the store left me incredibly disappointed. The disrespectful and rude behavior exhibited by the employees was shocking and completely uncalled for. One incident, in particular, stands out in my mind. I was browsing the towel section, carefully examining the different options. As anyone would naturally do, I unfolded a towel to assess its texture and quality. To my surprise, an employee nearby seemed to have an outrageous reaction to my action. She threw her hands in the air, visibly annoyed, as if I had committed a grave offense by simply unfolding a towel. I quickly re-folded it and placed it back on the shelf, trying to rectify any perceived wrongdoing. However, instead of moving on, the employee continued to display her displeasure by re-folding the towel, as if my slight disturbance had completely ruined her day. This unnecessary and exaggerated display of frustration made me feel unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. It is crucial for employees to remember that their primary role is to assist customers and create a positive shopping experience. Unfortunately, the behaviour I encountered at Newmarket Homesense was far from that. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. I sincerely hope that Homesense management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue of employee behavior. The store has the potential to be a great shopping destination, given its wide selection of home goods, but without a customer-centric approach and respectful staff, it falls short of expectations.
