Hometown Ace Hardware

Really nice version of Ace - massive,with something for everyone! I live in GR, but would definitely say the drive is worth it.

Honestly, just a great Ace Hardware. It's clean, well-ran, and appropriately staffed, with what I would say are happy humans.

Called with a unique issue and honestly was taken back at how hostile management was. Specifically at that store in hastings.. I called for help and based on how I was talked down to if I was dying at they're front door this women would tell me to move along and die elsewhere so money can walk into the building.. I'll NEVER shop at any Ace again after this exerpince if this is how they treat ppl. They are extremely short sighted and would happily lose a customer for life to keep money in they're pockets now. Customers are just throw away goods at this point I guess. A warning to everybody be VERY careful when buying things at any Ace the people in management are basically lawyers and will NEVER help you out if you need it.

Nice big store, well stocked. I was asked by every employee if they could help. I was very impressed. You'll find what you need.

Been here several times and Ritch in the grill department is always super helpful, he’s a real knowledgeable guy and genuinely takes the time to inform you with anything it is you need to know! They have my service for life!

Great selection of products and store is clean and well laid out, staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Went to Ace to see if this is the place for my new grill purchase and it was!!!the staff on knowledgeable on grills was awesome. Ten times better than anywhere hands down. Thank u Ace

Hastings Ace Hardware is NOT the place I go for my hardware needs. In fact, I drive to the Ace Hardware in Caledonia, MI or better yet, I go to Kingsland Ace Hardware in Cascade. Any place but Hastings Ace Hardware.....

ritch in the grill section was so nice and helpful!! 10/10 recommend going to him for any questions when it comes to grilling.

This store is good sized, we almost always find what we need. Our kids love that they have a good toy section. The staff has always been very friendly and the store is clean.
