Love shopping here. They have the best deals and the staff is great. I live near here so I stop by on the regular to see what new deals I can find. They always have something. And great name brands for super cheap!!0]
Parking is very easy and easy access into the store. We couldn't grab a buggy that wasn't very noisy so test one before taking one. There are many great prices throughout the store, but pay close attention if a tag reads, "50% off a brown/gray border tags" because I found myself in area and saw a yellow tag stating 50% off but when I checked out it was at the sticker price. I just took it as my error. They have a pretty good assortment and I really wanted to buy a lot more than I did. A person can really find some great deals. They have items that are at some of the main brand stores for a lesser price. Have patience when you go because today, a cashier was working a long line by herself and had no relief coverage. The manager was busy taking care of stock etcI know because she came to the front and the cashier shared that she had been working on stop so the manager made her aware of her situation as well. Both ladies were extremely busy." The cashier was kind and gave attention to each customer. I felt bad for her. Tons to sort through to enjoy so go check them out. It isn't for anyone who feels as if such a store is beneath them. You would find yourself complaining. Your loss.
I really appreciate this location. The store is always full of unexpected, great quality items. But it’s the awesome staff here. They are always working hard with great attitudes. I feel good spending my money here!
I have gone in here three times so far and I usually find something to buy and take home. I have to say the outside looks a bit dodgy and going inside is a little weird. I usually check out the food sections. Always check the dates on the items. Today I bought a 2lb bag of Fruit Loops for $4.01, V8 juice tropical blend $1.59 each, Snider's pretzels $1.50 each, large bag of sour patch kids valentine's candy $2, shelf stable coconut milk $1.00 each. They sell clothes, shoes, camping gear, household cleaners, laundry detergent, canned goods, baby diapers, baby gear, kids and baby toys, home goods, bedding and so on. Some prices are a bit high but other times you have some really good deals, guess it's called Bargain Hunt for a reason. The items change out so you many not find some of those items again. Certain tags will be at a discount like today when I went was grey colored. They have a sign right when you walk in on the discounts to look for.
I love to shop with bargain hunts they have different things specially for small baby toys my baby love to shop over there i also have reward but the manager she is having a lot of worst attitude she dont welcome the customer even when we ask some thing she will show her attitude if this thing goes for a long time i dont think i will continue to buy any thing from them
Clean, well organized merchandise clearly marked. Name brands and off brands Some things are on the high end, but overall a great place to shop Got a full size sheet set for $9 and Stovetop Stuffing for 50¢
I’ve been going to Bargain Hunt for many years, but haven’t been in about 6 months. Previously it was a great place to get bargain the longer they were in the store, but I guess they have changed business models. They are getting new goods in but that also means prices are up and it’s hard to find a “good” bargain anymore.
This place is terrible! Not worth your time! Employees are rude and unhelpful, store is VERY poorly kept, smells awful, and the restrooms are HORRIBLE. Smells like dirty diapers, there’s trash everywhere, This place needs to be investigated immediately! We Have Pictures Through Toilets and Urinals to Show Everyone How Dirty is this as a Fact That Im Never Returning Back Here Untill it Has been Fully Deep Washed By a Cleaning Service Even the Womens Restroom is Way Worse But for Meanwhile Go Shop in Ollies in hoover or Tuscaloosa instead of Bargain hunt
I am a bargain hunt client for more than 4 years, your store has been characterized by excellent service, but unfortunately yesterday, Saturday, March 4, 2023, was one of the worst experiences I have ever had from the manager. from the bargain hunt store, located in hoover alabama, i went shopping at the store with my friend we are moms and we went with our children to the place, our children are 2 and 3 years old, they were very happy playing and making Noise, like all children do. We took care that they did not do any damage to the property or the store, they were just playing, the manager very rudely told us to shut up our children because it made her ears hurt, in a very bad way, after that,we put our children in the shopping cart, my son was making noise but he was not running or playing through the store anymore, the manager yelled at us from where she was to tell my son to shut up, nobody has control of a two-year-old boy VOICE, he was not even crying he was just excited in the store, I think she didn't show any empty and a horrible costumer service , she doesn't even speak to us in a right educated way, if she doesn't like working in a place where people with children go shopping, she should find another place to work where children are not allowed. I feel a lack of respect on the part of the lady and I think that the corporation should review the behavior of this person on the store, my family, my boss my friends know the store because of me, and I would be afraid of recommend that bargain hunt location again, because of the behavior of this person.
Shopping was great and clean the bathrooms however were gross. Only 2 stalls working
