The selection of clothing / Home goods / hair products / shoes / purses, and most everything that you want or need is in this store! I love visiting the store. However, today the visit wasn't as friendly as it usually is. The lines were Way Long just to check out. At times there was literally 10 or 15 people in line and they only had two registers open. Finally when I got in line they added a couple more registers. People need to do their job whether they like it or not.They are getting paid to do what their supposed to do. When I went to pay for my items Andrea she had a smile on her face was friendly and she was doing a good job. So whether the other workers were not it didn't really matter at this point Andrea took care of me and I gave her an "A+" and a 5* rating
Today, I went into the store to shop for some clothing items for an upcoming trip. I've come to this location before, and never had an issue. However, the older lady working the fitting room was extremely rude to me, and even said, "Ma'am are you having trouble articulating what this sign says?" But she said it all in a very condescending tone. I simply couldn't hear her, and also had never had my items counted beforehand from the fitting room staff. I completely understand counting it beforehand, totally makes sense as a fellow retail and tech worker here. But, I did not appreciate the complete condescending attitude, and demeanor towards me. Terrible customer service. Also the fitting rooms were very hot, and it made the experience even more uncomfortable while trying on clothes in what felt like a sauna. As someone who has worked in various positions for customer service, this is not how you should treat anyone in any setting.
I am a quick and lazy packer so I needed some things when I came to AL for a business trip. I really like the store. So many things I wanted to buy but couldn’t because of my carry on suitcase. No room. Line was a little long but not too long of a wait. Store was organized and clean. Customer service was standard.
Excellent customer service! Every register open, even a Manager was on a register! Huge line, but it barely took 5 minutes to get checked out! Fantastic!
This place is very disorganized. It is hard to find anything there. This was my first time visiting this location. They also do give great customer service.
I always love going to T.J. Maxx because they have the cutest clothes and great prices! The staff is very friendly too!
This is one of the larger TJ Maxx locations. So, in addition to the customary clothing and jewelry sections, they also have a pretty large selection of home goods, furniture, toys, and luggage. Most TJ Maxx stores have this to some degree, but the footprint of this store allows for more than usual. Also, the jewelry counter has a luxury goods section. If you like pieces from Gucci, they often have several at this location. The service at the jewelry counter can be a bit slow as they generally serve one customer at a time. Once it is your turn, it is quite nice as they will stay with you while you look at several pieces. However, this means you have to wait your turn. The registers here are usually quick. They have a pretty steady crowd throughout the day, so they are usually well staffed. This is a very busy location, so I would definitely not leave something behind that you may want - it is not likely to last on the rack for very long.
I love TJ Maxx, got some cute outfits for my grandbaby on this trip. I just wish they had more for men. My son never seems to be able to find much for him. But I do recommend this store, for everything else.
Young lady at the jewelry counter was very helpful. She noticed my rewards card with America's First Federal C.U and asked if I used my points. Left out of there not having to pay used my points for my purchase. Definitely over and beyond she didn't have to do that.
Tj is the best she always is fashion forward and knows the trends . It is a treat to shop when she is there!!!!!
