This was my first time going into a Marshalls I was disappointed in the store the floors were dirty the had leaves and price stickers all over them. The shoes were totally un organize. The store reminded me of going into a very big thrift store. The employees on the other hand were nice and helpful.
Great customer service, and plenty of great items to choose from,and right in and out less than 30 minutes.
Love the prices but they breathe down your neck

Jana k was the most disrespectful employee/manager. Me and my mom approached her at checkout and she immediately ripped off the red clearance tag from the dress and refused to honor the ticked price. My mom went to the back and showed her the same dresses with the exact clearance tag. She preceded to peel off the tags from the remaining dresses and did not honor the red clearance price. Last I check, the customer is not responsible for the stores’ pricing mistakes. That is no way to treat a customer. If you are going to checkout, avoid this lady by all means because she needs to learn her lesson on customer service and price marking!!!
Went to look for shoes not a very good selection.
Spent $280 here. I would encourage shopping here, because everything is new, well organized products and more than 50% off the original price compared in the designer stores. Kate spade, Guess, Tommy, Calvin Klein and many more.. It's here and worth buying for the cheap prices in this store. This will be my go to from now on. hahahaha
For some reason I just cannot seem to find anything I like at Marshall's. I'm not sure if my taste has changed, but it seems like all the clothes in there are a little Bland. Nevertheless, this doesn't take away from the fact that this is a great shopping location, customer service is good, they have plenty of merchandise , the fitting room is open and the clothes are organized! YAY!!
I have been to this store several time. It’s okay in terms of cleanliness and organization. The staff I have dealt with in the past seems to be 1. Polite, 2. Professional 3. Rather pleasant and helpful. Tonight however, I dealt with someone named Staci I believe her name was her title is “coordinator” not sure what that really mean but she was nothing from the above. I had a lot of returns and a lot of purchases as she put it “we have a lot of returns and a lot of purchases” followed by “oh boy!” .. I tried to lighten up the mood thinking we all have our bad days... and repeatedly thanked her. With no response on her end.. finally, As I was leaving I said have a good night which she ignored and walked away so I repeated it again louder “Have a good night” ... she answered you too in a quiet voice without even looking at me..... I’m very disappointed at having this rather poor customer service from one of my favorite store and more importantly, a store that is known for having a good customer service usually! I purchased $300 worth of things tonight ... which a good worker no mater where you are in the hierarchy should know this is good for business. I have no idea why she acted in such an unprofessional and rather rude manner.... Very very unhappy with my experience here tonight!
