Customer service was ok but not great or not even good. I bought some perfume and nobody was friendly on the day before mothers day. The escalator going down did not work today, so people did not like that.
I buy almost all my clothing from Macy’s! Also, they have the best prices for really good furniture! I was eager to buy a sofa set but they were closing so I gave the sales associate my information to call or email me the information to make my purchase. She was so busy on her phone that I guess she forgot to send the information. I ended up purchasing from another Furniture Store.
I have not been to Macy's at the Galleria in years, the Brookwood location was my store of choice, and I was sad to see it close. The Galleria location was a disaster. It appears as if this location is also not too far from closing. Poorly maintained, empty shelves. I will not be returning. A sad site for anyone that has enjoyed shopping at Macy's in the past l.
This Macy’s is waaaaay different from all the other ones. Their clothing selection is sub par, and most importantly, it’s absolutely FILTY. The sales floor looks like it hasn’t been recovered EVER IN LIFE and the bathrooms are cleaner in most gas stations. Avoid at all costs. You won’t be satisfied.
Been a Macy's shopper many years in many cities. This store was decent during the holidays now I go to the men's dept to look at sport coats and the greedy management has no one working in that area and the check out that was once there is gone. The men's shoe dept looked like a garage sale. Guess I'll go to another retailer for those items now. I read Macy's has a new CEO. He or she needs to get to work cause soon you'll lose a long time customer.

I used to love Macy's, especially at the Galleria Mall. Recently I went to the mall for the first time in probably over 3 years and I was shocked and very confused to find Macy's in such disarray, it really is in bad shape. It's very obvious that they need a new buyer. I walked around the entire first floor of that department store, which consists of the Women's department, Juniors department, leisurewear and undergarments, handbags, jewelry and shoes. I'm not exaggerating when I say...I found absolutely nothing. Not one item that I liked...NOTHING, not one thing! I don't think that's ever happened to me in my life while shopping. Sad! I think that mall is a sinking ship.
Everything was good, but this afternoon when i came to overthere i don't like the service . Cause they have 2people service for me about perfume but i think that time too late and they tired that time is 6:30pm but they close 7:00pm . When i ask them about recoment perfume which one will be better and have smell good , do you guys know they answer my questions really bad like they don't care customer - also they answer but not really fun and then they talking together . I know sometime they really tired for working everyday but when you guys working service if you don't like customer or whatever may be they think i dont have money or also we ASIAN ….. you guys need respeat them.
Rarely do I ever find such a vast and classy collection of shirts, trousers, belts and shoes all in one store! Generic brands but awesome collection
