Indiana's largest beer bar, located at the corner of College and Broad Ripple with 130 craft beers on tap and food your mom would make if she loved beer.
We know Hoosiers don’t screw around, so when it came to opening our first location outside Michigan, we had to go big or stay home. That’s why when we opened in the Broad Ripple Village cultural district in 2014, we brought the largest draft system – 130 taps – in the entire state.
We’re located in the ground floor of a parking garage and mixed-use development in the city’s longstanding arts and culture hub. (If you’re lost, look for the portraits of Debbie Harry, Jerry Garcia, Jack White, David Bowie and some of our other music idols.) Our opening happily coincided with a brewing boom in the Indianapolis area that shows no signs of slowing down.
Our thirst for beer discovery isn’t the only thing we’ve brought along with us from Michigan. HopCat BR’s kitchen employs an industry-leading recycling and composting program that diverts nearly 90 percent of the restaurant waste that would otherwise end up in landfills. We’re, like, the opposite of trashy.
