After sitting and waiting for the office staff to do their personal weekend catch up aka girl talk "I got a new man"...this wait was 1 your long. Then they came and told me I have to pay $40 to be seen. When I explained I have emergency and my job is paying my co-pays can they Bill me they refused. The office employee was extremely rude and refused to listen as I desperately tried to explain my situation. DO NOT GO HERE! Unprofrssional, unempathetic, long wait times and unwilling to work with clients even to verify their information.

AWESOME Doctor and Staff! My 6 year old daughter had a very sensitive medical situation. The staff and surgeon on call was great with her! I would recommend them to ANYONE!

Today 4/7/2016, I came in the office and the lady that opened the door seemed to look like I just woke her up. Being that I had to ring a door bell for a urgent care that is opened 24/7. Got insurance in all and was told she could not verify my insurance because the insurance company was not opened. Then tells me if I want to be seen, I have to pay $250.00. No thanks. The place looks dirty and unkept anyway. Do yourselves a favor when you need urgent care...GO ELSEWHERE.

This establishment is not even deserving of 1 star. Steer clear of this place unless you want to deal with insurmountable level of unprofessionalism, complete idiocy from the office staff or medical doctors that never respond. This office is a world class circus. It is a complete shame that they are in the service business and have no knowledge of how to deal with patients on a customer service level and by the looks of it, medical intelligence escapes them as well.

They were fast and compassionate. The doctor had a great sense of humor which can be rare with doctors. I will never go anywhere else for my after hour urgent care needs.

Amazing staff, straight to the point Dr., wont try to do unnecessary stuff to take your money, compassionate Dr who knows his stuff and They do not try to over charge at all and are very professional and pleasant. Took care of me very quickly with no hassle. Sure recommendation.

This has been our family doctor since 1997, great humor,very passionate and excellent communication when it comes to reviewing your symptoms and advising on the solution. Very easy to relate to your problem unlike other doctors who does not have time for their patients and focus more on their medical terminology.

Unprofessional unfriendly staff, they overcharged me on my copay, while i had my shirt off and my breasts exposed lying on the exam table, the aids went in and out of the exam room without warning and even left the door open when they were finished with the cardiogram, leaving me exposed to whoever walked by. I dont think they are licensed, one girl wasn't even wearing scrubs she was wearing a revealing spaghetti strap tank top. The doctor gave me a half hearted examination and then ordered a bunch of drugs, including injections, which didnt help my condition at all. I was misdiagnosed with bronchitis when i didnt even have a cough. DONT GO HERE!

THEY ARE NOT AN URGENT CARE. They're not even at the address on their website! I went here to get examined after a car accident, and they told me that I needed to make an appointment. I have already called my insurance company to complain. IF YOU ARE NOT AN URGENT CARE, DO NOT HAVE URGENT CARE IN YOUR NAME!!!
