Went to Coolville office for 2:30 appt. for my husband. Got there an hour early because was in area but told receptionist we would wait for our time. Patiently waited until after 3 and receptionist said she forgot to sign him in when he went up to see if running behind. Said too late to be seen. So drove 35 minutes back home and he did not get help he needed.
