I had an emergency rental on Saturday Adam and Mell stayed a little extra got me a car so I could drive one way back to DC. They gave both true service and hospitality from the heart in the car was fine thank you Adam and Mell.
Car was fine but they did not inform me they wouldn’t reimburse me for filling the gas up when I picked the car up at half tank. While 25 dollars isn’t an amount that’s make or break, they should’ve communicated that to me prior. I would’ve filled the tank to the amount of what I received to drive. I also don’t want to pay money to company just to pay it. Be wary.
Bragg, Mel and the whole team at the Lewes location are amazing! Always nice and courteous. They go above and beyond for all of the guests they help! Highly recommend when you need a vehicle to rent, you contact them!
This was my first time ever renting a car and the customer service rep was so kind and so patient. It made for a great experience. When I got there the lady that helped me was also super patient and kind. I didn’t know I needed another debit card to go with my debit card so she told me to download an app and worked some magic that allowed me to still get my rental car that day. Also, the car, let me tell youuu omggg it was amazingggg. Really great first experience!
What is there to be said about the Rehoboth Enterprise car rental ? Friendly, professional, efficient, and super easy to rent a car from. A big shout out to Bragg. He was so helpful. We went out to the car. He walked me around, explained everything, no high pressure sale and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I originally was a self-pay but when I got home things had changed and I was able to use my insurance. They converted my self-pay contract to my insurance contract. Saved me a ton of money. Contrary to what a previous reviewer said about reserving a car you can reserve a car, I did. Granted I did not ask for a specific make and model but I did ask for something similar body wise to what I was currently driving. Got it. I also like the valet service that they offer and when I was ready to pick up my car I took their car to the dealer and they picked it up no extra charge. My only obligation was to bring it back with as much gas as there was in it. Not too bad. I highly recommend this location.
I was very impressed with my experience at Rehoboth Beach Enterprise Rental ! I knew cars are scarce and made a reservation in advance! My car was ready immediately upon arrival! My associate Bragg was very efficient and walked me through the check in process . The car was clean and drove great! Even better they let me drop it off at the auto repair shop and they picked it up. Thank you Enterprise Rehoboth !!!

I booked a rental car with Enterprise 6 days before my grandmothers funeral. The car was booked in my boyfriends name because he was the one who would be driving, due to the fact that I'm not yet 25, the legal age to rent a car in DE. The day before the funeral, they called me to make sure I "'met all of the qualifications" to rent the car. They said that in order to pay for the car with a debit card, I'd need to have two utility bills in my name which I don't have bc I live with family. They then said that in order to pay with a credit card, the card would have to be in my boyfriends name, and they couldn't use a card in my name. They refused to rent us the car and now I'm missing my grandmothers funeral. Thanks, Enterprise!l
Solid staff. Both when I was at the location, the gentleman who helped me was super friendly and chill, good energy and also professional. And then when I chatted on the phone to the agent a month later about renewing rental she was also great. Very nice and helpful, patient and willing to help us out. I would recommend this place to anyone.
