Whew, I feel so much better knowing that I was greeted with a smile, Renard was so patient with me and that smile shinned like the sun, he allowed me to ask questions and even walked me to my unit, we got in some great cardio lol, the unit was very clean and had no odor. Mr. Anthony showed me a big smile as I was leaving and the sweet lady at the front seems to be the guys in line Keep doing a great job, it's very appreciated.
I am moving out of state, first to a small temporary home, so I chose this place to store what I can't take with me right away. These are some awesome people! I have been there a few times for different things, like turning in a uhaul a few years ago when we moved. When I decided we needed storage, I went straight over there. So I'm not sure how they compare as far as pricing because I didn't check around. I knew they had a nice clean facility and a great crew that works there. I asked several questions and they were patient with me. I wasn't sure what size I needed,so they showed me my options and gave their recommendation. If you need storage or a uhaul, check with them! Only thing I didn't like is turning out left onto 51. It can be a busy spot, but let's be honest, Horn Lake has become a busy spot...
My code to get in did not work and they do not provide an emergency after hours number to call for help. Made me take an extra day to move to wait for their office to open. When it did, they didn't seem to care about the inconvenience or extra cost to me that their mistake caused.
Alex is always extremely courteous and helpful. She is mainly the reason i decided to come and rent with Snapbox again! Had the pleasure of meeting Renard today and he shared the same great energy as Alex. Thank you both and enjoy your weekend!
Easy to start lease and better value than any other in the area. Good security as well which was a plus.
The Uhaul website was down over all of the locations in Southaven. But Alex & Renard found away to rent me a truck. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
This is a great place! Very good customer service. They have nice people who were very friendly and helpful!
If you need a storage unit, Snapbox self storage is a great place for you to do so. One of the employee Anthony informed me when I had left my unit unlocked, I learned that they check all unit every morning to make sure that they are secure and locked. And last but not least, Alex at the front deck is amazing to helping with renter truck and storage unit.
This place is great. The staff is always super nice and professional. Grounds are kept clean. Ms. Alex has been amazing.
Very clean facility, storage space was just what I needed and the Friendly staff made sure my particular needs were cared for. I greatly appreciate your business and I look forward to continue working with you during my overseas assignment.
