My boyfriend & I recently moved and used renters warehouse. It has been a great experience from the beginning. Our realtor through renters warehouse, Andrew Gleaner, was extremely helpful through the entire process. We had so many questions and always felt that we could reach out at any moment for answers. The house we moved into is more than perfect for us and the rent is very reasonable. We haven’t had any issues with the home or rent since we’ve lived here. We are absolutely getting our moneys worth. Renters warehouse truly made our move easy and stress free! We definitely recommend using renters warehouse for anyone that is thinking of renting!
The process of renting my house was simple and Olga Palmer was just phenomenal to work with. Always quick to respond, always friendly. Olga guided me and my husband through the entire process and found us a wonderful tenant in just a few weeks. This was so much better than I expected! I highly recommend Renters Warehouse and Olga Palmer of you looking for great service and peace of mind through the process.
My experience with renters warehouse was the worst experience that I have ever had in my life. It was a constant fight do you have anything done, I had to have everything in writing and documented for my own record because the story constantly changing and I was made out to be a liar. Before mom thing out for months I called to confirm the address my security deposit was being sent to and after I moved out they sent my security deposit to the wrong address. The six people that I talk to, lied to me and told me “no ma’am it was sent to your address” and read my address to me, come to find out it was sent to my roommate in a completely different state. He had to send the check to me so that I can deposit it and then once Renters Warehouse figured out that they sent the check to the wrong address they canceled it, after I deposited it and I was charge for it. I then called renters warehouse to have the issue figured out and they told me that my roommate canceled the check, my roommate then called and they told him I cancel the check and they are still not paying me back for the charge to take the check back. If you’re looking for a good experience in renting a home or apartment renters warehouse is the last place to go for it, and I would advise highly against renting from them under any circumstances.
I always get professional service when I visit the South Jersey office. When you walk through RentersWareHouse front doors you are greeted by a Great Staff of kind people . Calling for maintenance service is easy , prompt and the Representatives are nice as well. What I LOVE the most about RentersWareHouse is the convenient , no hassle, efficient process of moving into my dwelling once I found it. From viewing the apartment to getting the lease was a COOL & SMOOTH transition that I have ever experienced!
Great renting company. I lease a house, and they always respond asap whenever I have an issue. It's so easy to pay rent online. If you have an issue, you can easily let them know online. They reply the next day. Unlike some apartments I've rented. Just be a good tenant and you will have zero issues. Thank you guys. I hope my next rental will be with you. Your team is awesome. My fiancé and I moved into a property managed by Renters Warehouse about 7 months ago. It’s been nothing but an absolute nightmare ever since. There were several issues with the property that I was able to see before move in. Renters Warehouse said they would take care of them. Some they did, others they promised after I moved in. Well our first day in the house, the upstairs shower flooded into the kitchen due to a broken pipe. The next week it was raining hard and water was literally pouring into our house through a window in our bedroom and the sliding glass door downstairs. The fireplace was cracked so we couldn’t use that all winter. The previous tenant left all their junk in both our attics. We had electrical issues. Our hot water heater was hooked up incorrectly. Our back yard is a total swamp and rampant with poison oak. We have squirrels in the attic and a carpenter bee infestation. Then our 2nd shower broke. Assuming none of this is actually their fault, still it takes FOREVER to get maintenance people to come out for anything. And when they do, they are the worst, most unprofessional contractors you could ever imagine. They wait forever to find the most low bid person they can find. I’m a contractor and my fiancé is an insurance adjuster so we know how things are supposed to be done. Don’t expect that with Renters Warehouse. We still have a 3x3 hole in our bedroom wall that they “fixed” with 3 pieces of tape and 1 coat of spackel. We finally just put a dresser in front of it. There have been other issues too but honestly there are so many I forgot. Oh dead trees failing down and they are still laying here. At least 10 landscapers have come out but not 1 was hired. Just do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT ANYTHING THAT RENTERS WAREHOUSE IS ASSOCIATED WITH.
Andrew and the team at Renters Warehouse are fantastic to work with. Their communication is excellent and I love that I have all of the information in an online portal to review. The team is very responsive and I always feel like they have my best interest in mind.
I can't say enough about RealtySolutions/RentersWarehouse. I was out of the country for 5 years and they managed my property with amazing professionalism. Andrew Gleaner, Rosemarie Marotta and Kim Landgraf went out of their way to make sure I was kept up to date on everything even though I was oceans away. Their response time was always the same day. I have owned and rented this property for almost 30 years and Realty Solutions has managed it for more than half the time. When I finally moved back in after all that time I was truly amazed at the condition it was in. I spent my entire career in the customer service business even consulting Fortune 500 companies on how to handle their customer service operations. This team is a textbook case on how to do it right.
