Great staff and love the new dog park in addition to the playground and pavilions. This is the nicest community i have visited in a long time! excellent location and close to Austin! My family is going to love this place!!!
The office has no clue on how to manage the property. The owners keep hiring unexperienced “managers”, which are only people that live on the property. So no experience needed for the managers. Also the ONLY reason they have good reviews is because they bribe the residence $50 off of next months rent to write a good review.
NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. THEY DO NOT CARE BOUT FAMILIES WHO HAVE SIGNIFICANT OTHERS WHO JOIN THE SERVICE. IN FACT THEY ARE RUTHLESS TO FAMILIES AND KICK THEM OUT AFTER THE 5TH DAY OF NON-PAYMENT OR RENT. Thought this place would be a good start, my husband join and left for basic 3 months just for Veronica to haras me and never except any payments unless it was full. Which then added late fees. All while I'm taking care of our kids and he's away knowing he cannot come to the rescue. He had arrangements with the front office until Veronica ruined it. Now we are due in court the 9th because of late payments all while she could of been excepting payments and not kicking out a whole family cause she's trying to earn a raise. I've seen 6 families be thrown out and I'm just sick of the way humans are these days. Having my husband join for human beings like that make me sick. STI WAITING ON THE OWNER TO CONTACT ME PERSONALLY. EVICTION PAPERS WERE SERVED BUT YA WRONGFULLY ADDED MY SON 19 WHO HAS NEVER LIVED IN MY HOME DUE GRADUATING N LIVING LIFE. VERONICA BEING VINDICTIVE TOWARDS ME IS ALL WELL I'LL SEE HER IN COURT. YOU PUT FALSE INFORMATION ON THE EVICTION ORDERS. SHE REALLY DUG DEEP TO GET MY SON'S SSC INFORMATION WITH THE WRONG BDAY WEIRD. YOU WOULD RUIN A 19 YR OLD CREDIT BECAUSE U DISRESPECTED ME N WOULDN'T LET YOU GET AWAY WITH IT. YOUR A HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING, GOD WILL DEAL WITH YOU. YOU KEEP DODGING ME AND NEVER ANSWER MY CALLS THAT'S BECAUSE YOU HAVE GUILTY CONSCIENCE.
We moved here in 2022, it is a very nice, and clean community to live. So far so good, as of this date 6/26/2023.
I lived there for two years, and my experience was that I felt safe and taken care of by the community here. Rent was reasonable for the area, the location was great, and also pet friendly. Jill even helped our family out when we were in need of a place and wanting to come back to the community. Overall, I would recommend this place to any friend of mine and would definitely live there again!
We have lived here for a year and a half and have been very pleased with this community. Quiet and clean. Rent is extremely reasonable. Close to all the growth of the surrounding Liberty Hill areas without the high cost of living. I would highly recommend living here!
Really great place to live, staff is amazing. Jill and Dawn do their utmost to make sure that every resident is taken care of. Just have to wait a while for a shed. But that's the least of worries.
Do not submit an application with this facility unless you want to waste $50 and have to wait 6 months for a place to live. Their website states "Rent This" with an "Apply Now" button, but doesn't give the caveat that you have to wait. I need a home in the next 30 days. And I did read the non-refundable policy, but this facility has nothing to offer me so it is a classic bait and switch situation. Corporate name: M. Shapiro.

Great place to live area is clean.the maintenance bend over backwards to help no matter what, Jill is amazing and always take the time out of her busy day to answer questions Thanks everyone
