We bought a new walker with a seat. After sitting in the seat at home the back was very uncomfortable. We called within 2 hours to discuss returning and were told that we were stuck with it. Their policy is not to take walkers back. They said they might consider discounting ANOTHER WALKER as if we would buy a second one from them! THIS PLACE HAS NO HEART. BUYER BEWARE.
Very rude. I'm an RN who was looking for a new vendor for one of my patients. Got as far as explaining that when the woman who answered curtly stated "I DO NOT TAKE ANY INSURANCE" capitals included!
I really love this place they are so kind i think they are a family owned business and there son attended me and he was so helpful even gave me a discount on the hospital bed i purchased and as well as the power chair i purchased without me asking i really recommend this place.
The store and employees are disorganized and merchandise is overpriced Amazon has the same items for less than half.
