Hot Dog City

Stopped by with our group for a quick bite. The woman who took our order was so super sweet. The order took maybe fifteen minutes, they were a bit busy and it appeared to just be two or three staff. I had the Ruben, the meat to kraut ratio was perfect and the sause was great. We also tried the Rachel, the Italian, and the cheesesteak. Great stop!

The food was good and so was service. This place is strictly take out. We ordered a bunch of food and the only thing we were not a fan of was the chili. Tasted like it had cinnamon in it but other than that it was delicious. I recommend the Philly cheesesteak fries.Food: 4/5

**update** Best Reuben in town! The fries were the bomb as well. I am going to become a regular! Do call ahead for faster wait time. First time here for lunch and my meal was amazing! I had the spinach salad with chicken, mushrooms, onions and teriyaki sauce. This was divine and I highly recommend!! I will be going back to check out more options.

The food is delicious. The subs, burgers, and especially the hot dogs are cooked amazingly and fresh. The prices are very low as well even through inflation, and the menu has so many options. Absolutely love this place!Food: 5/5

Hot Dog city is Winston Salem's best hidden Gem!!!!! The food is always top notch and the customer service is great. I've been eating here for years and ill be back there very soon and you won't find Better Onion Rings anywhere.Food: 5/5

Great food, straight forward staff which I like, and an overwhelming menu! It doesn't matter if you don't know what you want to eat they have tons of options to choose from. I'd like to see vegan options but I feel like they serve more than enough Food: 5/5

Great hot dog I got the foot long with the works, neat and big menu! I'll be back to try the other offerings, like that one pound hamburger. Fries were excellent, they seed to be double fried and seasoned but retained some of the potato life inside the shell.

Love the fact that ALL food orders are made at the time orders are placed. Community highly recommends this intimate location for lunch on the go, or on your lunch hour. Personally I’ve never had a complaint about service or food. I’m a regular customer.
