Hot Stone Spa

Came here for the first time for a pedicure and it was ok. Will say the older lady was rude and I kept telling her my water was too hot and instead of changing the temperature she just laughed at me. The gentleman that did my pedicure showed me a pamphlet of their services, I told him which one I wanted and upon check out I noticed it was a lot more. They didn’t care and kept saying it was the right price. At this point I just wanted to leave, so I paid and left. So pay attention when checking out !

Got my nails done earlier today and they are already chipping because the powder was put on too thin. I'm so sad because I really like coming here but these eyebrows are on fleek

I am treated well, my nails always look good. Good people work here and it's clean and doesn't have strong smells as other nail salons. I love getting the Deluxe pedicure with hot stone massage to my legs. Great place!

Went early Saturday at 10:15 got a pedicure & polish on my hands. Same color white w/glitter. While waiting for my daughters to get done I was drying. After 3 hrs I left hands were a little dry. At 4 when I was getting ready to go I stopped by cuz the polish on my hands was messed up & still wet. Got a refund no complaints there. Saturday I wore sandals on Sunday I wore no show socks & when I took them off they were stuck on my polish cuz it was still wet underneath. Over 24 hrs later ,& still wet.

Friendly staff. Prices are higher than Im used to in California. Probably because the Texas certification to become a nail technician is 2x as long as in California. This additional education assures you that this place is spotless and completely sterilized. Loved my eyebrow wax.

I’m done with Hot Stone Bastrop. No hot water this morning. They were rude and didn’t offer any discount..,full price. On a previous visit the man doing the pedicure cut my toe and I was bleeding. The owner is rude and doesn’t know about how to keep a good paying customer

Awesome place the only place I get my nails done!!!! David and Amy are amazing Amy does my eyebrows and David does my nails but if David is not there then Amy does my nails I wint go anywhere else my nails last so long it's awesome!!!!!!!!!

Ask for Amy and David!! They are both so nice to me when I come in. I enjoy my time there and highly recommended their services!!

Worst experience ever.. came in for mani and pedi along with my friend and they never even came and did my nails after repeated asking about them starting them... they continued with walk in clients and we had appointments... completely frustrated and will never go back and won't refer anyone to them ever...if I could rate them with half a star I would...
