Hot Topic Cielo Vista Mall

Manager was rude, so I called customer service they were more helpful than the manager Stephanie. I don't appreciate the rudeness at all or the sarcastic answers for my questions I had about my order. Everytime I shop here the employees are super nice and attentive, never had an issue till now. I've heard its bad working there and now I understand why with a manager like that.

Recently shopped at hot topic the cielo location and HONESTLY vibe was NOT there, terrible customer service. You couldn't tell what was what. Shirts were overpiled on top of each other. Even the posts were MESSY. One of the managers was wearing earphones while working. THAT made me feel unwanted in the store, overall terrible experience. I am unsure to go back to that store to shop.

honestly really hit or miss with customer service, sometimes the vibe is just not it but other times they can be really great. it tends to get a bit crowded and unorganized but that isn’t really the employees fault.

I didn't buy anything, but, an employee named Joshua was very helpful. Great company

While the line outside is a bit chaotic because it was getting long, I did enjoy the idea of letting people wander around inside and purchase things on the kiosk outside. Still with covid recommendations and mask wearing which is fine so prepare accordingly but the staff is still amazingly nice super helpful, and overall great with helping the experience

The employee was excellent! Listened to what I was looking for. Funko pop dolls Explained the sale, got what I needed. The merchandise was organized and the boxes were good. Very happy.

Pretty decent variety of current pop culture merch. I really wish they still carried books and cds and records. I find the records in the clearance section now. As always the staff is pretty knowledgeable and willing to help if you can find someone.

Got to spend that hot cash. Friendly employees.

I was greeted when I walked in. I went to the register since I was there to pick up an online order. The cashier saw when I went to the register but she was with another customer. Didn't say anything and made me wait 10 mins until she was done. She gets to the register annoyed asking what I needed. I told her and started asking me questions about my order in a rude manner. She was looking for my stuff and couldn't find it. She seemed upset. She gave me the bag without even opening it or confirming it was what i ordered. And just ignored me. Didn't say thank you or anything else I can help you. POOR POOR POOR customer service. I only bought stuff there because my son asked me but i won't be returning. Very disappointed.

Visited on 2/11/23. Cashier needs to practice her customer service.
