Bought the most expensive shoes here after my deployment as a treat, and it turns out that they were made out of faux leather, so no matter how much I shined or conditioned them, they were a lost cause and began falling apart soon after I got them and PCS’d.  Very disappointed with their shoe quality.

Terrible customer service didn’t want to sell me a tuxedo for my wedding , I came in wanting to buy but they kept pushing me to rent. Do they not want to sell ?! They treat there customers as they judge them by appearance. Do not buy there I recommend next door in cielo vista @Dolce Vita Suit Company they treat there customers with respect ! Great products and suits.

Don't go here if you want to be stress free for your wedding. They made it very stressful and messed up several times 2days before my wedding and not to mention they kept my husband's vest and do not want to  return it.

World class customer service not even close! You’re going to love the way you look maybe at a competitor. I went in for the first time and I was blown away by the amazing selection. Where they need to word at is a there service. With in minutes the lady that attend me lack empathy. I feel very unwelcome and was locking for the door, but my wife insisted in purchasing a suit for our special occasion. This service is reflected on sales it’s hurting your business. Management play close attention to your sales associates. I like course on good customer service would not be a bad idea, a smile could go a long way.

I had never been here and was initially looking a for a robe for my fiancés birthday. I ended up buying a nice dress shirt for $20! It was on special and when I went to the register it was even less! Not trying to be cheap,but it was a really great quality shirt for a great price!

I'll admit, very nervous coming to a place like this. Had absolutely no clue what I was looking for, not really the type of person who typically has formal wear. I'm getting married in October so I needed something nice for the ceremony. Robert helped the entire way and while I was reluctant, he was adamant on helping me find something I liked. He was also training a new employee who was also wonderful, Daniel. All & all a great experience and I look forward to stopping by again in the future.

Kind of disappointed that there wasn't a bigger selection for my teenage son, although the ladies who assisted us were very helpful; they suggested alternatives and helped with ordering my son's size. It was also very convenient that they carry footwear, although it was quite expensive.

Suit rental for wedding with out of town groomsmen. Thought this would be easy for everyone to get fitting. Everyone has had one issue or another. I was told my nephews suit would be free for our group size. Then when he went to pick it up we were told no. They gave credit cost of rental to use to shop there but can’t be applied to his suit. We ended up having to pay anyway with a small discount added to help. Nevertheless they said I was a liar and these things never happen. It clearly was actively happening and I have been lied to. Suit selection is honestly mediocre, and the employees wear poor fitted suits and pants just trying to get through work. No pride in their work and go back on their word. I didn’t bother getting names of them. Many have been here for a long time they tell me, meaning no recourse for their actions. Careful when u shop here. Empty promises. Make sure you get any promises in very clear writing!

I purchased a custom suit and received superb service from Guillermo.  When my suit was ready, Guillermo called me to let me know that I could swing by at any time.  When I picked up my suit, Grace helped me and was exceptional.   I picked up a few great items on clearance too.  I'll definitely return to this store.  Thank you Grace and Guillermo for the great experience.
