Clothes are amazing! High quality and good variety. Was mostly ignored by the staff unless we specifically asked a question. Also the one gal was very distastefully dressed. She wasn't a good representation of Torrid clothing - rather, she looked like she was wearing 2nd hand or discount store clothing. I still found what I wanted and was happy with the quality and price.
The employees were very nice, helpful, knowledgeable of their products, & went above the norm to assist & help me. The cost of items is a bit pricey, then again it is a "Specialty store" & in the mall. The had some black lip stick, but no other colors.
I always love going here! I find new clothes and memorabilia from many different things. I really love getting the goth, alternative, and anime items. They also have patches which I plan on getting some in my next visit so I can put some on my vintage jean jackets.
I loved the products this store has, however as of late I've had to return a lot of their product as it was not as described and they refused to give me original payment back. For example, if I pay with a debit card, I expect it to go on a debit card or cash back, not a gift card or in store credit.
Frustrating staff. A few of them just shuffle around the store not doing anything. They don’t check for security tags on clothing even though THEY put them on there. Beyond annoying I’m not driving an hour one way to get a security tag off now I have clothing I cannot wear.
The employees were great and helped me get extra discounts on my purchases!
I love this store and visit it whenever I get the chance. Wonderful service, very wide variety of cool shirts and interesting jewelry. But what I will say is that there are some very interesting and odd clothes that remind me of the 2019 "alt" era. I'm a teenager and knowing that hot topic still sells clothing like this, its a little odd. I feel like they could switch out the plaid pants with skulls and chains for something less stereo typical. Otherwise, love this store!

Unethical sales practices and the ol "bait and switch". Shopping with my mom and she found a sweatshirt for 50% off. An associate told us we could pick out ANY other sweatshirt for $10 a sale they were having and we could also do the 30% off a t-shirt in the same transaction. Of course we were stoked. I confirmed the deal with a second sales associate showing everything we planned on getting. He confirmed our discounts. And of course, we get to the register and my sweater is full price, as is my T-shirt, with my mom's sweatshirt being the $10 one. I explained what both sales people told us, with them standing right there, and the cashier refused to honor what BOTH sales associates told me. Absolute garbage. These sales people were walking around the store telling everyone the same lie they told me!!
