Friendly staff, good customer service. We went looking for a skullie, came out with some very cute bee themed rings instead. Definitely a must for any mall adventure. Only 2 of the 5 are pictured

I use to go here a lot to pick up some funko pops. But lately, thes stock has been Basicly been nothing. They never seem to her anything new. I first I thought it was all hot topics No but I have learned that it is not everybody else has new things and new stock except for this one

My daughter's love this store for their anime content. Employees are always nice and friendly.

My son likes this store always clean and plenty to choose from if this is your style.

Hot Topic is a favorite for both my daughter & I. Staff is always super friendly & their jewelry selection is always fresh & new!

I visited there yesterday and I thought I purchased a pair of men ear rings but I asked the young lady which one is best for a ear. I get home and it try multiple times to place it in my ear and it doesn't fit. You know why it says nose ring. I asked her multiple times and its still isn't right. The receipt says I can't return it. Very mad. Just an FYI please research the product your self before you go there. I spent allot of money for that suppose to be ear ring,.

Very nicely laid out, something different to see than my usual hottopic but definitely in a good way. It was a bummer I couldn't find what I wanted because it was a hot t-shirt item wishing they carried more but the store team was very friendly.

Customer service here is always great, the only gripe I really have is that they don’t often have as wide of a variety of merchandise on sale as you think they would. Overall nice store though!

Wonderful Managers! They are very kind and always keep their word about everything they say. They are honest and answer all of our questions truthfully. I consider them friends because of these reasons.
