The men's cologne dept is my favorite spot!! I went in to buy a suit today and there was absolutely no one working in the area... once I found my suit I had to walk around to find someone to ring up my suit.. once I found a cashier she was really polite and got me outta there fast... I'll be back for a new bottle of cologne for sure!!

Nice layout and always the scent area really try to get you to buy fragrances. They do have nice bedding and newest fragrances.
Yes I end up being here for hours with mama Sand. The stylist Toyin was so helpful I mean I wasn't trying to spend no money but I love a Brahmin and those Christmas boots were to die for . I had to have em. Thanks for a great day
The sake associate in the lingerie door was extremely helpful. From the moment she greeted us until checkout, she was with us every step of the way
I came in expecting the regular Macy pricing but I saw an advert for 30% off although not on all items. I checked round picked a few items and went below the ground floor and saw that there was a BACK STAGE things here were extremely cheap. In short with the pricing I saw even if i didn't get the 30% discount I felt better. I never intended to spend the whole day there or do much purchase but I ended up so, because items were good and very affordable.
Great clean store. We always go early or during the week to avoid the crowds.

The employees Rock the fragrance department for men is awesome the vendors for the different brands are very helpful love the Vince cologne
This is a very small Macy's and the only one on the Southside. The selections are limited. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Unbelievable sales! There is a Last Act dept downstairs with cheaper products. The mall is known for car break-ins, so park close to the entrance.
