Had done my Christmas photos here recently, the manager over the photo studio Scarlet was so amazing. We had to switch photo shoot time completely and she was more than accommodating to help us out and was so creative and energetic with the whole process. SHE MADE THE EXPERIENCE WONDERFUL 10/10 would do again.
The thing that I appreciated most about this department store is that they offered a comparably broad selection of petite clothing for my vertically challenged wife. Over the years, however, the selection has thinned significantly and the petite sizes have become increasingly difficult to locate within the store. Unfortunately, there has never been a particularly great selection of shoes for her size 5.5 feet.
The older guy at the Jewelry counter was rude as i waited for him to finish with the other customers i looked around the counter mindful to stay in the vicinity. As he was finishing up there was this other couple looking that came up and he basically said ill get to you after them - I stated i was there first he said i didn't see you - me how could you you never acknowledged me waiting for over 15mins for you to finish with 2 customers ahead of me - there was also another associate at a case area and she never greeted or said may i help you . That day they missed a 300 sale as i was looking for a ring i saw for my daughter . The other customers were getting sized and no one else brought anything . Needless to say if i ever purchase agian i will buy online
We’ve always used the portrait studio for birthdays and Christmas photos and it’s been great at this location. This season the service has declined tremendously. My daughter was rushed and the photographer wasn’t professional nor creative with poses. I could’ve used my iPhone. Looking at the pictures today, they’re blurry and the floor looks like it rolled up in the background. I’m very disappointed with service, quality of photos and lack of professionalism.
Andrea in customer service greeted me with a smile, despite the freezing cold weather, made the shopping experience and check out process a good one. Definitely shop Penny's again.
It was a wonderful experience. I went in to pick up my order and the employee that waited on me was very pleasant and friendly. She was also very helpful with my order. One item i received was to large and they were out of the item online so she offered to make an even exchange with me if i could locate the similar item inside the store. While looking around I noticed some great gift ideas for everyone in the family. So this was a great shopping experience today. Would definitely recommend JC Penny's for loads of Christmas gifts!
As much as I love shopping at JCP, they were lacking in the women's lounge wear pj's and difficult to find a medium. Seems like there was An abundance of XS or XL.
PORTRAITS; Horrible experience today with my one year old. Photographer was not even engaged with my child, extremely slow & unorganized. She needs to not be a child photographer if you’re not willing to put in the effort to engage with the child. Then it was a mix up with my home address which was repeated twice. Now I don’t even know where my daughters pictures are getting mailed to.
They always have great sales & nice clothes. Did all my kids school shopping there because they had the best deals.
I've been shopping at jcp for 40 years, it's still a great place to shop. They have beautiful merchandise
