Buyer beware!  First it took me nearly 3 months to take delivery of my hot tub never mind I had to constantly play telephone tag to try to get a status, and 3 times provide them with the Bill of Sale because they couldn’t find it.  Now 1 month later the hot tub is leaking from nearly every side.  Called them and they handed me off to a service organization to file “online” a form to get it repaired.  Filed the form waited two days nothing!  Called the number left a message nothing!  Don’t buy from these people!!  See attached photos of how bad this piece of junk that cost over $9,000 is leaking!

After searching around we finally found Hot Tub Emporium and quickly realized no one was offering anything comparable to options and value. We got exactly what we wanted at a great price!! We walked in and were greeted right away and they had a lot of options on the floor. We worked with Fred - he was great and answered our questions, told us about different options, and gave us more info. When we decided to buy he even replied on his day off. They had the tub in stock and delivery was very quick and clean. Highly recommend Hot Tub Emporium and Fred! We had a great experience buying this hot tub.

I’ve been lax in writing this review but we have nothing but praise for this business.  It started with them having a hot tub to fit our limited available space and explaining how to use the controls and maintain our unit. You could not ask for a better installation crew that took great care not damaging plants or shrubbery in the area.  Of all the Hot tub dealers we checked to find the unit that fit our needs this company far out shined the others.

My wife and I always wanted a spa and this was the year we were going to make it happen. After looking at different makers/models of spa’s and reading reviews we went down the Hot Tub& Spa Emporium in Rocklin. We were met by Dennis who really took his time in explain the different features and options of each spa. We finally decided on the Master Spa S Series. Dennis ensured the spa was delivered and set up in the back yard in a timely manner. Thank You Dennis for a wonderful customer experience.  Jim and Karyl

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Helped us buy a new cover with great advice. She knew and helped guide us in picking the right density cover without going overboard or paying an unneeded amount more and patiently explained a couple differences I wasn't sure about right away.

Had a five-star buying a hot tub experience. Dennis answered all our questions, was very thorough and hot tub was delivered and set up perfectly. All were very professional. I would recommend this store to my family and friends!

We wanted a hot tub. We searched around and couldn't find one comparable to what Master Spas were offering.  We got w a sales guy who was honest about the lead times and gave us a good price with some extras and free delivery.  The spa showed up weeks before it was supposed to and we are very happy with our purchase.  The delivery guys were very quick and clean.  We had a great experience buying this hot tub.

Staff was very knowledgeable and kind. No pressure sales. We were first time buyers with a lot of questions. Had a few hiccups in set up but Todd was extremely helpful. It is up and beautiful. We are very happy with the product as well as working with the staff. Would definitely recommend.

Great service and great Twilight spa!  Tod and Brandon were very helpful, informative and professional.  The delivery team was also very careful and respectful-- placed it exactly where we wanted it.  Setup instructions were clear and got us going quickly.  The Twilight 3 person corner unit fits perfectly in our space and is soooo relaxing.  We've been enjoying our  new spa every night since!

No service. Don't buy a spa here!  Thank you for your response! I would like you to forward a contact number so I can speak to someone. Your site asks me to agree to a fee that misrepresents the original contract warranty.  I spent 15k on a spa and have a warranty. You website states you charge 299 to come out. The siding on our spa has popped off. Per contract I should not have to pay for this repair.
