WHAT:
HYD is proud to bring a high quality standard of yoga to Palm Beach Gardens. HYD offers advanced Bikram certified teachers who have taught over 3000 hours each, with over 1,000 hours of training and over 12 years combined teaching experience worldwide.
CLASS/STUDIO:
All classes are geared towards beginners and are customized to each student, based on different needs and levels with advanced options available. HYD's studio brings you the best: healthy heat with an abundance of fresh oxygen, UV filtered air that removes all bacteria and impurities, non-absorbent, bacteria-free floor and the latest in wireless amplification. We're also a "green" studio. There are no studios in the area with these innovative, new technologies. Class times are convenient for you, starting at 6am and continuing until 8pm. The studio is modern, stylish, sexy, but more importantly fun, loving and friendly. You'll die for our organic towel ritual after each class!
HEAT/DESIGN:
HYD contacted the best heat consultant in the world, straight out of NYC, to bring you the healthiest heat available. Chad Clarke has styled the heat in modern studios all around the world: America’s west and east coasts, Europe, Asia and Australia. The heat feels clean, refreshing and healthy, like no heat you have felt before.
HYD is also using Peacock + Lewis Architecture... you may recognize their work from The Breakers in Palm Beach. When you come inside HYD, you'll see a lounge with a zen garden and a small boutique near the hot room. HYD will also have locker rooms with showers, so it will be easy to take class, freshen up and continue your day.
YOGA:
HYD’s yoga is for people who many times have never been to a yoga class. To practice HYD, it’s just you, your mat, 90 minutes of hard work, fun and transformation. Our yoga is a product: 105 degrees, 40% humidity, 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Many celebrities, as well as everyday folks, have discovered this amazing sequence that leads to long life and well being; for example, Madonna, the Beckhams, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Qunicy Jones and Kareem Abdul Jabar.
