Hotel Indigo Atlanta Airport - College Park

Rooms were clean, but the carpet in the hallways need shampooing. I didn't have much connection with the service because i didn't stay during the daytime. I only came back to sleep. The location is building up and i will consider that as positive for the future. The location is accessible to other services. We had to stay here because we missed our connection. Front desk clerks were very professional and nice. Hotel was super clean and a great price. Rooms were spacious with a mini fridge, huge shower, and a desk to work if need be. Beds were very comfortable! Only downfall was the plane noise was quite loud. I was so tired though, and it didn't bother me.

This hotel was so pretty, the lobby decor is beautiful. The rooms are very nice and modern, updated. Very nice bathroom and large shower. Clean . Close to the train station and in walking distance to restaurants. Shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes. Staff professional.Rooms: 5/5

A little more different airport hotel. A bit art deco and some unique designs and room furnishings and layout. Didn't experience breakfast due to an early flight but did appreciate appreciate the 24 hour shuttle service. Staff was not welcoming on check in and indifferent on check out but at 4 am I suppose I am too. My room could have benefitted from a new mattress and a little maintenance in the shower...but otherwise it was okay for an airport stay for an early flight. Oh and did I mention the airport noise? Must be in the flight path of a runway.

As a IHG Diamond Ambassador I stay at over 100+ properties annually and from the minute I walked in the front door of the hotel, nothing but disrespect and attitude from the front desk chatting it up with another non guest female for at least 5+ minutes before acknowledging me, phone is on the desk loud enough for me to know they are watching a basketball game, never once did they shut it off during the check in. I had called customer service 8 hours ahead of schedule to make sure we had two rooms next to each other. When we arrived at first they couldn’t make it work and did not have it planned out as requested. Eventually, they were able to find two rooms across the hall from each other and we accepted them, only to walk in on another guest in there room at 9pm at night which could of placed me in a very dangerous situation. The front desk thought nothing of it and eventually got us two rooms next to each other. The entire ordeal has been terrible. Out of all IHG properties I have stayed at over the last 8 years of being a member never have I been so rudely talked to or towards and disrespected. IHG customer service case has been open and GM of the hotel is scheduled to call me tomorrow for a follow up regarding the stay. No call back from the GM Property and rooms are decently nice and clean, no major issues with that, yes you can definitely hear the jets from the airport from your room. So if you’re a light sleeper then I would not recommend it. Price point is pretty fair, but be careful though, this is the only IHG property I have stayed at that charges $50/night non refundable dog fee. Parking was included with the hotel, so no extra parking fee and complementary breakfast. Heard from another guest, they had to pay for parking and breakfast, it maybe different tier status get parking and breakfast waived, also breakfast was closed in the morning. We were told the chef didn’t show up for work.
