Hotel San Sebastián Hermosillo

Not in the center of town. The hotel is very suitable for families traveling with kids. The pool was loaded with kids, short of parking the school bus in there too. Too loud for me, alarms from cars going off, people walking in the halls at all hours of the night. No Safes in rooms either. It was an ok experience. The food is ok too. Not bad for hotel food, not great like a restaurant would be.

This hotel has buffet and i only stop to eat, next time I drive by and need a hotel this will be the place, from the outside looks really goodService: 5/5

Wasn't expecting much but the photos on Google Maps were not lying. It's a stunning hotel. I stayed in the Jr. Suite and it was spacious and well decorated. Many amenities; gym and pool open all day and night. Buffet is available during the day. More importantly, staff was excellent. No better staff than I've seen at this hotel. They are ready, willing and able to answer any questions you may have and help you if there's any problems, same with the buffet, the waiter was excellent. Definetly coming back to this hotel. Me and my wife decided this is our hotel in Hermosillo for future trips.

3rd time staying there in the last 2months heaters don’t work.

Always good service. Recommend. Have stayed here multiple times. Keep coming back. Holding back one star due to there is usually something in every room that needs fixing. This time it was the lock on the bathroom door that needs fixing. All of the rooms need additional or better outlets right next to the bed so you can plug in a phone charger. Some of the rooms have one plug next to the beds but it is a switch and a plug combination so when you plug your phone charger in it flips the switch. I suppose that I am being picky. This is a good place and good value. I will continue to keep coming back.

Everything was going well until I got too the buffet and then it got very bad too worse service was very poor and since I travel with my elderly parents they did not deseve any thing the severs with an attitude. Sorry hotel San Sebastián you need too up your game.Rooms: 2/5

This is my go to hotel when in Hermosillo. The price is reasonable and the customer service is good. I do want to mention that you won’t always get the BEST rooms but it’s still good for the price. Definitely recommend

I loved this Hotel. The hotel has a buffet service that is open to all people not just guesses. The size of the room was large compared with typical hotel rooms, and they provide coffe bags for your room's coffe machine. Excellent!

It was clean and staff was truly amazing they have a nice breakfast buffet rooms were big and roomie and lots of security.. The only thing I didn't like was traffic noise but I definitely would stay here again.
