Very Clean and the Receptionist greets you when you walk in. And all the other staff are very friendly and helpful. Like Family.

Wondering why does a person have to wait an hour just to pick up their glasses!!! It's very frustrating when your time is being wasted!! I seriously wish people actually cared more about that I mean we do have to be on time for our appointments or we're charged or have to reschedule, I wonder should there be consequences for wasting patients time??? Hella frustrated!!!

My appointment was scheduled for 3:15 on PM. It is currently 3:44Pm and I still haven’t been called. Literally, everyone has came and within 2-5 minutes been called back before me.

What happened to being able to call directly to your office ? Now they go to a call center, We use to get calls and text so you don't forget appointments and where are the 2 friendly ladies you use to have up front they made you feel very welcome all changes aren't good changes i tried to call 2 days in a row and they said all operators were busy so i drove to the office.

It was a pleasure here on my first visit. Staff and doctor were friendly, knowledgeable and well trained. Clean environment and dedicated assistance!

The staff was very friendly and dr.johnson was very caring and took care of my eyes a big thanks to the staff
