We offer short-term financing and long-term loans in amounts ranging from $250,000 to $5,000,000. Working with our private investment partners, we can move quickly to respond to loan requests and can close many deals in two to four weeks.
We lend money to help borrowers buy property, fund a balloon payment, stabilize a property threatened with foreclosure or simply re-finance an existing loan.
Because of our firm’s long experience in commercial real estate in Westchester, the Bronx and the surrounding NY Metro Area, we understand the current market and are poised to make fast decisions on loans backed at least 30 percent equity.
We will lend on all property types EXCEPT owner-occupied homes, condos or coops. We will work with you on to structure a loan based on equity available.
