Recently got a wedding bouquet red and white colored. they were absolutely beautiful and it was larger then expected. also thank you for the peddles to throw. Definitely recommend this place. Really made the wedding special
Apparently when a cashier says they will be delivering flowers quickly, it's to much to assume three hours isnt enough time. Not the greatest customer service, and $12.00 for delivery. I think I will do my future business elsewhere. Just a thought!!!
House of Roses did our wedding flowers and did a beautiful job. My husband's grandparents were celebrating 50 years of marriage the day before our wedding, and they were married in the exact same church we were getting married in. We had asked them to renew their vows during our rehearsal dinner on their 50th anniversary, so we needed flowers for the wedding and for their vow renewal as well. My mother in law simply showed the florists a photo of my husband's grandmother's bouquet that she had on her wedding day, and they replicated it perfectly. The wedding arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and my wedding bouquet was breathtaking. The florists were super helpful throughout the whole process of choosing flower arrangements. I definitely recommend them!
My boyfriend ordered flowers early in the morning on mother's day and they said noon delivery and they never showed then he called back again and said about 3pm delivery and still nothing and now he called at 6pm and they said they would call the driver and call him back and they never did. Now they are not answering the phone or calling him back and they have already taken his money. Horrible horrible service and will never order again
My aunt, a prominent member of the Rainier, OR community suddenly passed away around Mother’s Day. This left her three young adult children orphaned their dad had passed away 18 years earlier. When they went to order a spread for their mothers casket they were treated horribly. The staff made comments like “you shouldn’t have had your mother die around Mother’s Day” also, referring to their dad several times after they explained he had died many years ago. They were charged over $400 for a spread that usually cost around $250. The cashier commented that they have to charge more because it is around Mother’s Day. Also, saying again again that the family should have planned accordingly. Uncalled for...fine if they want to charge 37% more but show some empathy! The spread was nice but the service was beyond terrible.
