Great place to go walk your dog The park has 2 basketball courts a big field for soccer and a nice playground
Playing basketball here is really fun especially when I'm hitting nothing but net with the exception of one or two rim shots. I'm still good at Ball after all these years that have gone bye. But stop on by with your wife and children and have a great peaceful time... Watching the San Diego trolley pass bye every 7 to 15 minutes. It's a beautiful scenery..
This park is good for kids and family. Sidewalk is large enough for bikes. In the morning it is great for walking but in the evenings it can get a bit fuller especially in the summer. I would not recommend coming here at night alone because I have heard some stories of it not being very safe at night. But if you are with someone you would be fine and I have never had a problem.
We love the park. But no restroom here.
Very clean and well kept. Not giving it a perfect score bc there are no restrooms and thats one of the things I look for since I have three girls who can't hold it. Lol. Aside from that, I love this park. You get to see the trolley pass every 5 to 10 minutes as well. My girls love it but if you're looking to go for a quiet break then... you might want to look for another park.
I don't understand how people rate this park over not having restrooms. It's a park, not a restaurant. I know tons of parks that dont have restrooms. It's a community park, the bathroom is at your house. The funny part is the parks that have restrooms are so unkeped, i wouldn't use em anyway. So let's rate on facts. Park has playground, basketball courts, patio area with tables, grills, benches, huge grass area that could host like 5 soccer games, and large sidewalks for walking or biking. No dedicated parking, but there is open parking up and down the streets. It's an amazing park. If you can't hold your bladder, don't blame the park.
Nice neighborhood park, safe enough to do some light exercising like walking or playing ball games. Down sides: people bringing dogs and oftentimes do not clean after their pets and it could get crowded in the evenings.
Great park for all activities. Nice open area for all ur needs . Good basketball courts just need to get some nets. There are a few strange people around but overall a nice place to bring the family.
Its a great park! I love to go and play basketball there too They even have 4 hoops. There is also a mini park and a little place to play soccer at. You can even sit and talk at the benches!
Although this park lacks a parking lot it makes up for it with a great ambient, with plenty of trees a track to walk around two full basket ball courts a kids playground couple of purgula type shading etc. Normally I go there to walk around, play basketball, bbq or just enjoy a nice day. I like this park, it's a 5 star for me even without a proper parking lot.
