Just called to schedule a consultation, please be aware they expect a $300 payment up front to schedule a visit. They want $150 over the phone to make the appointment and $150 when you arrive for the visit. This is OUTSIDE of what they will bill your insurance. Meaning if your insurance only covers half of your needed treatment, you will still have to come out of pocket with even more money. This is just to get through the door. I can understand a reasonable first visit fee but $300 is a lot just be seen one time before they ever doing ANYTHING to your teeth. Oh and the best part? If for any reason you decide not to move forward with treatment after your visit, your $300 will not be refunded. Its basically a $300 dollar exam, to tell you what they think you need done. I'm sorry that's just not reasonable to me.
I am a second time braces wearer receiving excellent service from the Office Staff to the Orthodontist. I knew I would be in good hands when I realized several employees who were from my first orthodontist’s office moved out of state worked there. I have never experienced an unreasonable wait and my treatment plan is going well. I genuinely feel that everyone I encounter ensures that I feel valued not only as a customer but as a fellow human. This is a great group and they work well together.
AMAZING!! DR. Hrechka is the very best orthodontist! He and his staff are always the most kind and professional. He is great at what he does, his work highly increased my daughter’s self-esteem and I’m so happy we found him. Even after I changed my insurance and later learned it was not accepted, I asked to get on a payment plan to stay with Dr. Hrechka and it all worked out well. I have no regrets.
Dr. Hrechka was my orthodontist when I was eight years old. I am forty-eight now, and I will never forget what he did for me. A beautiful person inside and out, he took a child who was extremely self-conscious from being called names because of a very noticeable overbite and made her feel like a brand new person. This may sound superficial, but it wasn’t. He treated me with the same respect and regard as he did his older patients, and that made me feel, well, worthy of respect. Anyway, I think of him often and decided to see if he had a website and couldn’t believe he only had 2.7 stars. That had to be wrong. It figures…office staff. That’ll burn ya. I hope you get some nicer faces to represent you more fittingly, doctor. You deserve it.
Excellent service, the staff are very kind, supportive and comforting. My son, who is nine, and very nervous about having braces was made to feel so comfortable. He goes in and does his appointment in the treatment area without me and comes out smiling.
Dr. Hrechka is one of the best Orthodontist ever. He took great care of me with the treatment plan and braces I received from Dr. Hrechka it wasn’t easy. I want to thank you and your staff for everything!!
Dr. Kim was such a pleasant surprise. I hadn’t been to the office in years, but I had an issue with my retainer, and he was so professional and listened to my concerns. He was engaging and I would definitely recommend this location.
Dr. Hrechka is wonderful and caring. He has great attention to detail. We've had two children get orthodontics treatment from him, and several friends. All have beautiful smiles now. My kids also love the staff, which matters when you embark on a typical 2-year treatment. We highly recommend the practice.
The ABSOLUTE best orthodontics office ever! The Staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable from the beginning to the end. I would refer everyone to come to Dr. Hrechka's office.
I visited this office not long ago. Office staff are on the elderly side, which is okay, but they demonstrated challenges with technology. I emailed some x-rays to the office while there and, after verifying that I sent the images to correct address, they could not locate them for the entire hour I was there. I also dislike the lack of privacy. They have several exam chairs in one open space, with each patient receiving care out in the open. The last strike for me was after speaking with Dr. Hrechka about a treatment plan, I was skeptical about the high costs proposed and asked for a pre-authorization before I got any work done. His response? "We don't do that here." What?!!! If everything is above board, what are you hiding? Always trust your gut. When I was getting ready to leave, one of the office ladies asked me to sign some blank forms, purportedly to send a bill to my insurance company. There were all kinds of procedures listed on the form. I told her I NEVER sign blank forms. She relented and told me that was okay. I left. Never heard from them again. Will never return. Caveat emptor!
