The mission of the Learning Center is to improve student academic performance and help students progress to degree through skill development, tutoring, mentoring, and advising. This is accomplished through individualized and small group learning, direct peer and professional staff support, and a variety of academic resources.
The Learning Center staff can help you assess your academic strengths and weaknesses, offer new strategies to boost your grades and test scores, and can help with techniques to effectively manage your time and resources. Out staff is comprised of professionals and well trained students who can help in these areas.
