Great experience. They took my old Cannondale mountain bike and made it new again. They were so helpful and kind. Paolo did an outstanding job, assisting me all the way. They’re just great people, good customer service and great results. Highly recommended!
Took my bike in for help switching pedals, both of which were purchased somewhere else. I’m new to cycling and had no idea how to change them. Brett and the other employees were super nice and helpful. Got me switched out and in my way. When it’s time to upgrade to a new road bike this will definitely be my first stop.
Brett did a wonderful job getting the pedals off of my dad’s Dahon Boardwalk. Thank you so very much for your kind assistance with the task!
Great service. Came here to get a bike pump and Brett was super helpful. He even put air in my tires and gave them a quick tune up. Highly recommend coming here!
Love the store and people! Have purchased several bikes from Bicycle Warehouse over the last 20 years. Will continue to be a customer!
Super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Brett was awesome!! Definitely our favorite bike shop.
These guys were good and professional. Don't let the prices scare ya.. quality comes with a price. Originally bought my bike from them then had the forks and rear shocks rebuilt. It was done in a week and I was back on 2 the following weekend.
My experience at Bicycle Warehouse was awesome! I went in to drop off my son's bike to get fixed thinking I would have to go back to get it later. Nope! They fixed it right then and there! They were super nice and professional. So happy we bought this bike here!
Brett was super nice and helpful we left with two beautiful new bikes so happy!!!
Their management is not trustworthy. I purchased a nearly $10,000 Santa Cruz e-bike from them last March and when it had problems within one week of purchase well inside their 30 day return window, they told me over the phone they would look into it and get back to me. They never got back to me until I contacted them shortly after the 30 day return window had passed. I hadn’t been keeping track of the actual 30 day date from the purchase, because I had already told them about my concerns with the e-bike and they said they would look into it. I made the fateful mistake of trusting them that they would do the right thing. I thought they had been looking into it, which they never did. When they finally looked into it and acknowledged there was a problem with the e-bike, they told me I couldn’t return it because the 30 day return window had passed. The issue was raised with the owner of Bicycle Warehouse and he refused to let me return the malfunctioning E-bike and cited their 30 day “customer satisfaction policy.” The Santa Cruz customer service team had never experienced the problem my e-bike was having. They acknowledged they were relatively new to the e-bike market. The Santa Cruz sales rep for the California region was very helpful and expressed to me that he was disappointed that the management at Bicycle Warehouse was not working with me to return the bike. I’ve since put in a lot of effort to get it fixed and am riding it now. If you decide to buy from Bicycle Warehouse and your bike has a problem, report it to them right away via phone AND email. I didn’t email them because I trusted them. The management resorted to accusing me of being dishonest because they have no record of my phone call. I asked them if they make records of when they talk to people and they said they didn’t. The fact is, their sales person, who I originally reported the problem to, didn’t do his due diligence by looking into the problem I was having and get back to me like he said he would. Had he done that in a timely fashion, I would have asked to return the bike well within their 30 day “customer satisfaction” window. I don’t have the time to request my phone records from my wireless carrier to prove that I am being honest with what happened. But, I will take the time to write this review to warn others of the untrustworthy management at Bicycle Warehouse. Reply to Management: More dishonesty from the management at Bicycle Warehouse. You left out key parts of information in your reply to me. You refused to acknowledge that I reported the problem to your sales associate less than 2 weeks after I purchased the e-bike. I was given the impression the sales associate was looking into the problem. When I was pedaling uphill the bike fell out of gear 4 separate times. When I contacted your store in April to follow up, they couldn’t find any record of my phone call with your associate or my complaint. They told me they would take care of me and the issue with my bike. They recommended I bring in the e-bike to be evaluated. I have a very busy schedule and was unable to bring the bike in until May. When I delivered the e-bike to the store to be evaluated by your service team at a separate location, I asked the sales associate to have them install the Cush core inserts as well. The primary reason the bike was given to your service team was to get the shifting problem I was having evaluated, not to have the Cush core inserts installed. Because you don’t have any service technicians at your stores, the problem I was having was poorly communicated to your service technicians. They sent the bike back to your store stating they couldn’t identify the problem I was having with the shifting gear. I didn’t want to continue to work with your store because of the poor setup. The customer can’t talk directly with the service technicians since they work at an entirely different location. Why would I want to give your store a second chance? You have poor service and your management was being dishonest and still is dishonest based on your reply
