I went to Huber ER at 200 for a fall injuring my left hip. This was Friday 2 people in waiting room. 1 person aT the window. I signed in and 5 people came in after me, 1 lady came in with chest pain and went straight back understandable The triage nurse left for quite awhile so the person in front of me and the 5 behind me were left waiting for at least 45 mins. My wait was over 2.5 hrs and I left . I was an ER nurse for 40 years I understand waiting in an ER but not checking g on you waiting room My pain was 9/10, I could t put weight on my leg I al.ost fell in the lobby. Your staff saw it. An Xray would have speeded this process along .when I left I still had 1 person in front of me, I knew I would have 2-3 hrs more and I couldn't sta d waiting a.ymore. but I won't return to this ER again and may stop using Kettering all together!
Started off ok. Problem was potentially not a good outcome for my son and if a test came back positive he would have needed surgery. Waiting for test to be done, was talked to rudely when asked to go back. As soon as test was ok, we waited for 3 hours for lab results. No one came in until I went to desk and then called to ask if lab results were back. Ugh! Should be get in and get out unless there is a bad patient.
The wait time here is RIDICULOUS!!! Arrived at 5:15pm, waited 3 hours just to go back. Then another 3 hours in the room. Avoid this place if possible. The staff was friendly though.
Today I had to go to the ER at Kettering Health in Huber Heights because of shooting a 2” Finnish nail up my my finger up between my knuckles. Only the head of the mail was showing. From the time I walked in the door I was treated like I was the most important person in there. I wish I could remember names. I was very pleased with my treatment. I went in with a sore ear and I couldn't hear out of it. They found an object in my left ear and probably removed it. Staff was excellent very knowledgeable and I actually had a good time laughing with them.
Don't go to the Urgent Care in this building! You will die while you are waiting. This place is a joke.
I was recently there the doctor and nurse was so kind they always get me better. I’m in and out I been going there since I was a teenager. I really love the staff. Thank you guys for everything you do
If you feel like you have strep throat, please go elsewhere. The nurse did not do a proper technique swab and missed my strep throat. She did not even get in my throat. If she had gotten a better swab It could have shown up on the rapid test, I wouldn’t have been in terrible pain for three days, and I wouldn’t have missed another day of work. I called to ask that they work on their technique and was talked down to and brushed off.
This was one of the best experiences I have had in an emergency room. Service was quick. The entire staff was extremely friendly and polite. I came in with stomach problems. I had some x-rays and blood work done. They could not give me something for the pain because I drove myself which is very understandable. They kept me as comfortable as possible. I will return to this place if I ever need emergency services again.
I liked the nursing staff they seemed like they knew what they were doing and were very helpful. The doctors on the other did not know what they were talking about and refused to listen to any of my questions or concerns. It was a big problem for me. I will not be going back. I went in because of a high fever and my throat being almost swollen shut and not a single Doctor looked at my throat.
