The expectation of our visit was cautionary given prior reviews however our experience was great. The staff was polite Dr. Hoover came to the lobby to invite us in. He was polite, engaging,and he explained everything he was doing or about to do. Gregarious personality. We were seen early and out before our actual appointed time.

Extremely rude, had no sympathy over the seriousness of the condition. When explained that it hurt in that specific spot Dr. Hoover threw his hands up and said “you can just leave then” after this we tried to continue the appointment. The entire time Dr. Hoover was very rude. Explaining again that I am nervous and would like to know what’s happening all Dr. Hoover said was “I can’t do this, you can leave”.

He Was 30 minutes late to the exam spent 10 minutes with me wrote on his documents that he spent a hour with me and had total disregard about the seriousness of The exam lost my worker's comp and said I was able to return to work, since his exam I've had 2 surgery's.
