One of a kind experience, Beautiful retail space with many products that are unique and different that I’ve never seen any other place. The workshops in the Salt Cave are unique, and give you the opportunity to enhance one’s ability to relax and rejuvenate on all levels. You owe it to yourself to make this one of your favorite places to visit!
I absolutely love the Hudson Valley Healing Center! I've been going with increasing frequency and each visit is like mini-vacation which allows me to recharge my batteries. The highlight for me is their amazing salt cave, which works wonders when I’m feeling stressed and has helped a lot with my allergies. It's fun to try different treatments. I've tried the BEMER Mat Therapy for my lower back which tends to get inflamed after golf and the Oxygen Bar is like getting a boost of energy. The staff deserves special praise. They are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all their healing offerings. Whenever I have questions or want to try something new, they are always there to guide me and help me create a personalized wellness plan for that visit. Their services and staff are outstanding, and I always leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and it’s become my little oasis to relax and treat myself. Highly recommend.
Such a soothing and zen environment. And the hospitality? Unmatched. Being in the salt cave is so deeply relaxing. I feel like jello when I leave. It’s such a luxurious experience every time I visit!
This place is amazing! If you live in the area, you have to try out the salt cave. It was a beautiful, calming and grounding experience. I definitely recommend the Hudson Valley Healing Center for anyone that is curious about more holistic approaches toward healing. The workers there are extremely kind and eager to help you. The little store they have is also great and has a wide variety of items. I highly suggest coming here!
This is truly a magical place… It is super clean, and the staff are wonderful. You have everything you need in one place to have a perfect day whether it be for a party or just for personal relaxation, I haven’t been to a facility that is as detail oriented and customer service friendly as HVHC. You need to try an IV and then hit the red light !
Although I used to frequent the space before, my recent visit was not pleasant. When I walk in the door I was greeted by the owner. I got the sense of what are you doing here. “Like are you lost and can I help you find your way to where you need to be.” I felt unwelcome. Since I was with 2 friends that I had invited to experience the salt cave and the sauna, I didn’t leave. We were instructed to wear socks in the cave. I already knew this so I was prepared. It should be posted on the website that socks are required to enter the cave. Even though they have sock that you could purchase. Not remembering that we have to be escorted to enter the cave I walk to the cave door. I was then instructed by the owner where to wait. Tracy escorted us into the cave and gave us instructions on do’s and don’ts while in the space. Her tone and body language communicated disdain towards us. It felt like she didn’t want to be bothered with us. As always I enjoyed the salt cave session as well as my guests who noted that her instructions felt like a scolding.. I then waited to go into the sauna. While I was waiting, Tracy was checking out other guests. She offered them tea, but didn’t offer me any even though I was by the register counter. I was escorted to the sauna with 1 of my guests. I was told by the owner that I could use a wash cloth. In addition, we were given an etiquette in the sauna binder. Which I had never been given a binder that explains “how to be in the sauna”. There were full size towels and we each grab 1. We were charge $4 dollars per towel. In all the year that I have use a sauna service, I have never been charged for the use of a towel. We had no choice. We couldn’t sit there naked. The website should reflect that guest should bring there own towel for the use of the sauna. I don’t know what other services requires the client to use other miscellaneous items, but it should be noted on the website site and communicated to the guest when making a phone reservation as well. I had call that day to inquire about the services and was not informed about the towels. The socks I knew about because on my 1st visit I had to purchase a pair. Unfortunately my phone alarm went off while I was in the cave. I am very sure it was annoying . My bag was removed and place where the noise was not heard. When I went to pay for the towels, I notice my bag was no where to be found. When I inquired about it, I was then informed of the previously stated facts. Once again I want to voice that even do the space and services are conducive to a feeling of calm and well being, I felt unwelcome and couldn’t wait to leave.
A salt cave session, filled with Himalayan salt crystals, a bed of salt, a small fireplace, lounging chairs super comfortable, and a warm fleece blanket. A ceiling painted black with white lights blanketing the canvas. Amazing service and staff. I bought some eucalyptus sage. There are tons of healing oils, incense, small amounts of crystals, lotions and candles. They have an oxygen bar, infrared sauna, foot soaks, I.V. treatments. I found it beneficial, relaxing, perfect to unplug and absorb healing energy. Recommend.
Its has a excellent vibe, Friendly people, the Salt Cave is amazing, the spot is warming and relaxing. I wish it was my apartment
Went with my mom to try the Salt Cave today. It was absolutely wonderful! So relaxing and I know it might be too soon to notice a difference, but I actually did feel like my sinus’ were clearing. I’m sure with a few more sessions it could do so much more. I am asthmatic with terrible allergies and eczema so I’ll probably go back in another month or so to see how round 2 goes. Definitely worth it! Also, I love the little shop they have with so many different products that you might not find at a regular store. The lady behind the counter who welcomed us was super nice as well. Can’t wait to come back!
I was surprised by my wife & daughters to have an amazing Salt Cave experience all together. It was very special !! As always, Elisa, & all the employees at Hudson Valley Healing Center are so very nice to us !! Thanks for another wonderful experience
