Had the worst experience with the funeral home in the worst possible time in my life. they have yet to own a contact me to try to make up for it . So is what happened.... I have received the wrong body ,messed up obituary 3 times also death certificate and was charged $500 for a service that they didn't even do . they should be ashamed for taking advantage of someone in the worst possible time of their life

The funeral home director was very empathetic and helpful at this very difficult time. There was not a single thing that I could have asked for that they had not already considered. In a time of great stress and sadness they were excellent and supportive.

We entrusted you with the care of our loved one. Instead of asking us if we were ready to have his casket closed, you scooted us over to the side and closed a door between us and our son. You Clearly saw us hugging and weeping while looking at him before we left. And you closed that door, loudly. When the young man followed us to the car yelling something about signing paperwork IT WAS TOO MUCH. HAVE SOME COMPASSION, OR TAKE A CLASS ON HOW TO CARE
