I was very impressed with Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home. There dedication, sincerity, and attention to detail was to say the least more than  outstanding. I can't remember a group of people more dedicated to making the passing of a Love One so memorable and very dignified. This is definitely the place you want your departed love ones to be taken care of, when it's time to say goodbye. On behalf my family, a job well done; it couldn't have been any better. Thank you so very much, especially Jennifer for all your selflessness.

Maddox Funeral Home took great care of ALL my family members The most recent staff, Kevin, Kayla & especially Jennifer met all our needs during our emotional time. We have used Maddox in all our time of sorrow & pain & would suggest them still today. I trust them with any loved one to be placed at rest. 10 stars if I could leave that high of rev.

No stars, actually. How many 1st born of deceased Military vets happened to be daughters robbed of their father's burial flag? Their 1st excuse was "we traditionally give it to the 1st born son". When I called the home 18 months later, the excuse was "it was the family's wishes to give the flag to the brother" by the funeral director Jennifer and the head honcho Kevin I have 2 brothers, I'm family, and my dad did not refer to any of my brothers as "his brother". The 3rd excuse came from a toxic sister in law who also called the home to verify my findings and relished in telling me "they found a note in his folder that dad - DIDN'T WANT ME TO HAVE IT, but wanted my brother to have it". When pigs fly. They are not familiar with the UCMC and admitted it. It's been nearly 2 years and caused me great heart ache to the point of depression. I still don't have my father's flag, maybe some day. Their response? Why did you wait so long to say something?  -&gt;&lt;- Why didn't they tell me they were going to deprive me of my own father's flag on the day of the funeral? I was aware I was to be presented the flag.  The VA cemetery didn't even have a copy of the flag application and sympathetically offered a replacement. I would not recommend this place for military funerals if they were the last funeral home on the planet. Fibbing, lying, fake stories - they have hurt me deeply with no compassion. And they've split my family. Thanks a LOT....not.

The staff here are excellent.  They are very helpful, compassionate and dedicated to the service of those in need during one of the most difficult periods in our lives. I cannot recommend them enough.  The Hopkinsville community is fortunate to have them as a community resource.

I highly recommend Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home. The entire staff is compassionate and eager to help. Through one of the saddest and darkest moments in my life with the unexpected loss of my husband, they were empathetic and patient. My husband‘s funeral arrangement options were made clear to me, even in the midst of my sorrow. We are a military family and I could not have envisioned a more honoring and beautiful funeral service for him. I am forever grateful to Jennifer, Kevin, Nancy, and the rest of the staff at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.

I would highly recommend Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home. They were very supportive and sincere for me and my family during our time of loss of my husband.  They gave us the upmost respect and care for our loved one.

We recently had a celebration of life for my father-in-law. Jennifer, Nancy, and the entire team did everything we requested and more to ensure his celebration was just that. Their experience made our decision’s easy to make in an otherwise stressful time that ensured it was a true celebration!

Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton & Maddux Funeral Home is a wonderful, caring, compassionate facility that genuinely cares. The staff are extremely respectful and helpful and make you feel comfortable while there. They are there when needed but yet discreet and not pushy or in your face. I can't say enough good things about them.
