My husband and I have been ordering take out from here for awhile now and love the food. I ordered the chicken and mixed vegetables tonight and when I went to eat it there was no chicken in it, only veggies. My husband was going to take it back but I told him not to bother as it's such an inconvenience. I just ate the veggies but would have been better if it had chicken in it. So disappointed.

The food tastes fresh and delicious ! You can tell that the chef changes his cooking oil often! Staff is always courteous and speedy. Our favorite Chinese restaurantFood: 5/5

Always loved this place. Really odd experience tonight. Ordered and picked up. One of the items was totally wrong. No huge deal it happens. Called and they said to come in and it would be fixed. So...drove all the way back on a Friday night. Person asks...where is the item? It's in my trash, my wife says. They refuse to replace with the item that was ordered unless we return the wrong item. Are they going to resell it? Maybe. I don't know. So my wife leaves. Later someone messaged us that they would refund the item that we never received. Wow...a lot of trouble to get refunded for an item we didn't get. Done here. Giving it 3 stars because it was a 5 star until tonight.

UPDATE: I Contacted a manager the next morning and they were very apologetic and offered a full refund and discount ln next order. The owner then contacted me to follow up on the issuem i appreciate the customer service. PREVIOUS: I had a horrible experience with this restaurant tonight. I ordered dinner for my family with the very limited funds I had available to me because we are not feeling well and we still needed to eat. I ordered on the app for delivery and when the order arrived over 40 minutes later half of the order was missing. I immediately contacted the restaurant and I'm not sure if it's a manager or a staff who answered it was a male worker and I gave him my information and order number and he just told me the driver is on the way. When I tried to ask more details about what driver and when I could expect it he just kept insisting the drivers on the way and hung up. At this point the restaurant was closing in 10 minutes. It has been over 30 minutes, the restaurant has closed for the night and I never had my food delivery. I'm left without an option of food to eat because the item that was delivered I am allergic to and I cannot eat and so my husband is the only one who has dinner for tonight. I didn't get a call back from the restaurant or food delivery and I am honestly very upset about it. Ionly live a few minutes away so that makes matters worst. I feel like the restaurant put me in a position to have nothing I can do about it and I am still hungry and don't have dinner for tonight and yet I can't afford to order something from anywhere else because this restaurant is not cheap by any means and I spent a good amount of money ordering dinner and make sure we have leftovers so we could just take care of ourselves

My boyfriend and I found this place not long after we moved here. We ate from this establishment numerous times before we found out about their rewards program. I've always used it ever since. Since we were out and about, we stopped in and placed an order in store. I'm going to assume the man who waited on us was the manager. To describe him better, he was very disgruntled and appeared very unhappy. Not welcoming at all. I asked about the point system being in store. He took my phone number and told me he would add them on. Ok, no big deal. As he brought our to go food to the table, he reassured me me he would put the points on. Two weeks later and still no points. It's one thing to be lied to, but to be lied to twice within 15 minutes is unacceptable. I've brought many people here numerous times since I've lived in the area and have had relatively large orders with good tips. Dishonesty from a business will make anyone NOT come back.

My family's favorite Chinese place! Food is always fresh and consistently good. Vegetables are always crisp and the steamed shrimp is perfectly cooked! I always get the steamed veggies with either chicken or shrimp and replace the brown sauce with General TSO sauce. We've had numerous other things on the menu, all of which have been great.

We ordered here for dinner and the food was beyond bland. We ordered the orange and sesame chicken and there was zero flavor. Same for the fried dumplings and egg drop soup. No flavor whatsoever. EXTREMELY disappointed!

Seriously best egg rolls I've had in years fresh out the fryer!! Kung Pao and szechuan green beans were so good. Perfect spice. My son had ordered General Tso chicken the chicken was fresh did not taste old and want overly covered with fried batter like most places. My cousin Jamesway recommended and I totally agree. Go eat some Hunan!! Also dining area and bathroom were clean and that is hard to find these days.
