Fantastic! Attended the Hungarian Festival in New Brunswick NJ today… delicious food, beautiful costumes, music, dancing, and lovely craft items. A wonderful time! Frammartino 1st Saturday in June on Somerset Street in New Brunswick where the Hungarian churches are -- St, Ladislaus and Magyar Reformed and Magyar bank not to far …
Love the Hungarian festival. Try some meats, some pastries, and enjoy singing children
Event was fantastic. Amazing authentic Hungarian food. Hungarian dancers in traditional costume. Hungarian music in the air from loud speakers. Lots of vendors selling all kinds of Hungarian clothing, books, Nick necks, etc. Also lots of traditional Hungarian desserts and pastries. Of course lots of Hungarians!!! And those just looking to enjoy the day. The Hungarian museum had a show running. Really a good time. Took up maybe 8 city blocks.
simply amazing time. it was nice to see a pice of home we left behind.
It was very good! A traditional event, which I gladly participated in, but unfortunately the event depends on the weather. Chicken pot pie, hotpot, goulash, chicken paprikash, folk dance, folk music, everything that significantly represents the traditions and customs of the Hungarian nation! Hungarian motifs, costumes, and the feeling of Hungarian folk dancing on the street in America is priceless!
